"He's a hard worker, and he watched me and Tim (Hardaway Jr.) and Nik (Stauksas) put work in to become (first-round picks), and I'm just happy he's getting better," Burke said. "It's great for the program, too. It shows what type of program the University of Michigan is and the direction it continues to go in."

G funk had some definite classics and Pac is one of the greatest. Above the Law's Black Mafia Life and Uncle Sam's curse are soo damn funky. Dj Quik, SCC, Dre and Snoop, Warren G, Dangerous crew, were all dope. Pac was one of the greats, and his first few albums, Strictly for my N*****, 2pacolypse and Me against the world are incredible. I liked All eyes on me, but half of that album was garbage, the other half classic. How can you diss the east coast though? Give me Gangstarr, Wu-Tang, Rakim, Krs and Tribe any day of the week. Even down south used to be dope as hell. 8ball and MJG, Scarface, Big Mike, UGK. Every coast back in the early 90's was legit in my book

He should be suspended for a couple of matches, but please, Neymar is the most fragile, flopper in the game. I don't blame Zuniga for doing what he did. Brazil were fouling all game, and Neymar was flailing around like he had been shot multiple times that game. Col had enough and were giving it back to them in the second half. Was it a cheap shot, yes, but when Neymar went down, it looked like another flop. It's too bad that he is out for a while and the injury is a nasty one, but oh well. I love soccer, but I absolutely hate the flopping. The one reason why I love Messi, is that he rarely ever flops around. Neymar needs to use this time in rehab and get in the weight room. Maybe he should learn how not to act like a complete bitch too.

Geez, that was ridiculous. Men in Blazers should be hilarious BTW. Mann Hathaway and his giant teeth strike again. After that great season, everyone thought this nonsense was behind him, I guess not.

The Killing was just too slow for me. I loved the wierdness of Twin Peaks, as it was totally David Lynch. I watched the first season of Killing and it just went nowhere, so I didn't invest time in the other seasons. Very well acted though.

I am a big Game of Thrones fan, but my favorite show of the past year is Hannibal, just a simply amazing show. Dark, Disturbing, Mads Mikkelsen is amazing as Lecter. I just got caught up on Fringe on Netflix, that was a great show and don't know how John Noble didn't get an Oscar. Person of Interest is another top notch show that I would put up to anything on cable. Season 3 just ended with the second best finale of the tv season behind Hannibal. Parks and Rec is a great comedy that just keeps delivering, and Community had a great final year.
Orphan Black was ok, it was hard to get into. Dexter had 3 great seasons, 1,2 and 4, but really got silly towards the end. Breaking bad was excellent all the way through, and Mad Men is just not that good in my opinion, too many really unlikeable characters.

Rza in his 93-97 phase was an incredible lyricist, everything after that is pretty bad though. Still waiting for The Cure, that he was supposed to release in 99. I will be waiting for that one forever, unfortunately.

I hear you, my top 3 shows are Hannibal, person of interest and game of thrones. My only beef with game of thrones is that it has too many characters I don't care about. Ygritte,Jon,Sam,gilly,Ramsey Bolton, Stannis. The show is expertly made and written though, so even when those characters are on the scene, it's usually not too bad. The only character in Hannibal I didn't care for was Alana bloom, and that was more in the second season.

Turn is solid and has a nice historical take, but it is not nearly as fun as Sleepy Hollow, which I thought was going to be complete crap, and was actually a very entertaining 13 episodes. I also liked the american revolution with a twist that the show excelled at. I would agree with the fact that more people should watch Turn though. I wish Hannibal was being watched by more people, because I think that show is the best thing on TV, and I really enjoy Game of Thrones, but this season of Hannibal was absolutely epic.

Everyone at the wall and wildlings could die aand I wouldn't be upset at all. While I liked the episode, I came into it really hoping to start to care about this whole storyline at the wall. Unfortunately, the episode, while having some seriously bad ass stuff happen, ultimately felt too anticlimactic and unemotional, and I still don't care about anyone at the wall. Sorry Jon Snow, you are a bore.
|6 weeks 2 days ago||I agree that the episode was||
I agree that the episode was a little bit of a let down, for the simple fact that it was so anticlimactic, and I have never been a fan of the goings on at the wall. The wall stuff is always the worst part of this show, and Jon Snow is such a bore. With that being said, the ep had great action and some eic moments, and like someone said, the worst GOT episode is still better than 95 percent of anything else on TV. The finale should be great though. I wish it was 2 hours. With so much about to go down, I hope it doesn't feel rushed.

Definitely marketing genius with Beats. I have been involved in music production for the last 15 years, and I have to say that the Beats headphones are the biggest waste of money ever. $300 for headphones? You have to be a marketing genius to sell that. They have nice sound, and look kind of cool, but my $80 bose headphones from 2003 still sound better than those.
This commercial was good though.

Brian likes writing about the WC, and I enjoy his perspective and his breakdown of this Turkey game and thought it was excellent. mcbronco, I am not a fan of Hockey or Baseball, but instead of going on a topic that discusses those sports and bashing everyone who likes those sports, i just refrain from clicking enter on said topic. You clearly are in the minority in your opinion of soccer here, so you might want to just ignore these posts, instead of setting the record for negative points here.

Reasonable doubt is still the only Jay Z record that I can play front to back. I liked his work with dj premier too. The black album had some good songs but is no where near classic along with every other album he has done. I also couldn't put Kendrick Lamar or eminem in my top five. Em has supreme delivery, cadence, and skills, but a lot of his music just sounds cartoony and silly to me. Kendrick is really overrated to me. I heard all the hype about section 80 and his last album that was deemed a classic, but I gave both a couple spins and was less than impressed. I would put krs one, rakim, Big, Nas, kool g rap, guru, Mikah 9, black thought, pharoah monch, all above jay me or Kendrick.

Never liked his voice or rhymefest ghostwritten lyrics. He always had good beats though, the first two albums had really good production, but now his music just doesn't do it for me. It seems overproduced and trying to sound like death grips and el-p, but not really matching either.

Most of the new hip hop stuff seems too generic to me. Give me aceyalone's book of human language or gangstarr's moment of truth to anything out today. The root's new album was a disappointment, instead of rhazel, Malik b and scratch, I get 6 verses from black thought, a bunch of singers, and 4 actual hip hop tracks.

I graduated from Illinois, and yes, it is not the greatest city to live in or look at. Ann Arbor blows it out of the water. I wish I could of afforded UM.

Kind of disagree with the X's and O's. Nba basketball is all high pick and roll and isolations. Not a lot of sets and double and triple screens, he should be fine in that regard. Recovering from that injury will be his biggest obstacle.

Oh well, if we lose him, it stinks, especially if he goes to a rival. If he goes to ND, we will never play against him anyway, so it is what it is. Still don't understand if these kids know what 100% committed means, but oh well. Crawford is a good player, but Jabril is twice the player.

Maybe I'm old school, but if I'm 100% committed to a school, I wouldn't be taking calls from any coach, period. I hope we hold on to him, but it's dissapointing to see Harris, Campbell and Crawford do this after they were 100% committed. To me, if you even answer the phone when these coaches calls, you aren't 100% committed.

Big City fan here, and so happy we won it again. Hopefully we can add to the trophy collection next year. Love Pellegrini's style of play, and really love watching guys like Yaya Toure and Kompany. They show the same passion for the club and the tight knit group will only continue to get better and better. This was a tough year with some tough injuries at some key moments in the season, but they hung around long enough and Liverpool and Chelsea failed to capitalize on some golden opportunities. Next year, hopefully we can win 3 or 4 trophies. Also, can't wait to watch Barca vs Atletico Madrid next week for La liga title, should be exciting, and Ray Hudson will be losing his mind.

Yeah I saw that too. I had to laugh at Alves' reaction. He picked up the banana, peeled it, then took a bite out of it. That level of racism in Europe is absolutely ridiculous though.

Donovan will have to work wonders. Horford is NOT his brother. He could have stayed and been a starter at the 5. Best of luck to him, and we will miss him, but Jon needs a lot of work on his game, and needs to get stronger.
