Considering the first gif is from an aau level soocer league and is a bunch of kids, it doesn't really apply to what I said. The second gif is from an international friendly. Those games don't count for anything and are veritable high priced scrimmages. You try that shit in any club league and you be subsequently carded for it. We know you hate soccer, but if you are going to use an example, at least do a little research, and know what the fuck you are talking about. Good try though.

Celebrations with full team orchestration or sexual innuendo is where the line needs to be drawn. Pulling sharpies out of your sock after scoring is freaking ridiculous. I have no problems with some fun and excitement, but when you spend more time preparing your celebration and coordinating with other teammates, it borders on the absurd. I like soccer for this reason, they let you celebrate and have fun after a goal, but you will get carded if it gets out of hand. Players like Terrell Owens are why the league took this step to the extreme.
At the end of the day, I like a player like Barry Sanders, whose play was far more exciting than any dance or celebration would ever be, he handed the ball to the ref, and that was perfect for me. Barry won with cruelty on the field but utter class everywhere else. Todays athletes need to learn a little about sportsmanship and respect for the opponent.

Just like the NCAA in my opinion. They are more concerned with bathrooms than they are with rampant academic fraud in a certain state. Not saying that the bathroom bill is not an issue, I just don't believe it's that big of a deal when compared to something as serious as what went on at the University of North Carolina, that the NCAA refuses to do anything about.

I would take Jabrill over any one of those dudes, hands down, no question about it. The guy is a difference maker, the others are just good players. Give me a difference maker any day of the week.

Jabrill is better than Hooker, end of story.
|13 hours 44 min ago||All i need to know is what my||
All i need to know is what my eyes tell me, and the impact Jabrill has on a football is not measured in stats and measurables. The guy is simply a football player. If he slides to the second round, whatever team gets him is getting a steal. I would take Jabrill over Lattimore or Hooker in a heartbeat. He just makes plays.

No doubt, do these morons not watch game film??? The guy was sideline to sideline making plays.

I am a swim dad of an 8 year old boy, and I am the opposite. I just want him to have fun and improve. No pressure whatsoever on him, he's 8.

No injuries, no neck marks, no reason not to believe the young man.

But with no signs of injury or marks on her neck, i tend to give him the benefit of the doubt here.

They need to come back and show this level of play on a consistent basis. What we see right now is fantastic, but it would be nice to see this play for a whole year.
rule of the NCAA tourney for me, never pick Duke to win it all!!!

That was hilarious and I am a Pacers fan!!. Those were some great mathups in the early 00's between Detroit and Indiana, up until the Malice in the Palace. Even though I love reggie for the phenomenal player he was in Indy, he is atrocious as an analyst.

Yeah recruiting has been frustrating, especially seeing the actual results that kids have under Coach B. He doesn't do it dirty, so he will always be at a disadvantage to most other programs. But if you are the parent of a high ranked guy, I don't know what coach can offer more to your child than coach B. He will develop them for life and as a basketball player. I am grateful he is here, and never understood the fire Belien crowd.

Kennard and Greyson both have that look. The look of the douche. You can't eplain it, but you know it when you see it.

Sounds like we got a Dukie here. Duke was getting every call at the end of the game in an attempt to keep it close. Yes, the officials were poor for both sides most of the night, but when it came to crunch time, the officials tried their best to keep Duke in that game.

It's tougher for the league in general when the FA has no fucking clue what they are doing in regards to scheduling. The fixture congestion at this time of year is ridiculous. Plus the EPl is a very competetive league. It's easy to get up for UCl when you are in the french league, because the french league is not competetive at all. La liga is usually a 2-3 team race. I'm not saying those leagues aren't good, but they at least give their teams breaks during the season, especially over the xmas holiday. My boys were atrocious tonight, but I don't think the league is horrible.
|1 week 6 hours ago||Just a pathetic performance||
Just a pathetic performance from my boys. Defensive issues are the backbreaker for us. Congrats to Monaco, a great attacking side, but City arrived at the party at halftime, and that was the killer. Oh well, we weren't winning anything with the back 5 that we have right now. maybe the FA Cup is realistic, but I can't see that happening either. Just have to lock up top 4 and hope for improvements in the back in the offseason.
|1 week 7 hours ago||It looks like my boys are||
It looks like my boys are headed out of this tourney. Monaco are looking great and we look listless. Hope halftime wakes these guys up, because right now, Monaco will advance.
|1 week 12 hours ago||I agree, this game has me||
I agree, this game has me very nervous today. Monaco are no joke at all. I think City is a better overall team, but the back 5 is worrisome, and we know that Monaco are top notch in attack. Having Falcao out or at least questionable is a blow, and City are pretty much healthy at the moment, should be a good game.
|1 week 12 hours ago||Definitely pulling for my||
Definitely pulling for my City boys to not choke and get the victory. It should be an entertaining game though. Our defense is so suspect that this 2nd leg is far from being over, and Monaco have some really nice young players. Love Mbappe, that kid is going to be special. With the fixture congestion, my main concern is fatigue, especially considering we put out a very strong side on the weekend in the FA cup.
|1 week 13 hours ago||Yeah, I am a huge City fan.||
Yeah, I am a huge City fan. Became a fan before the splash of cash arrived, and I have been riveted by the slow but steady progression to becoming an elite team. I will admit that the team has used big cash to bring guys in, but the common misnomer is that City is a team of Mercenaries. Nothing could be further from the truth. Zabaleta and Komapany have been at the club 10 yrs, Silva and Yaya 7 years, Aguero 6. I will say that I love Pep's approach to buying players. This year alone he signed Gundogan 25 yrs, Gabriel jesus 19 yrs old, Leroy Sane 20 yrs, Mooy from Australia and Marlos Moreno from Columbia, both young up and coming talents. To me, we are spending on youth and talent and not throwing big bucks at guys like Pogba, who are so overvalued that it's funny. You say that City doesn't develop players, and I would say that you are almost correct in that assumption. They haven't really done that until the last 3 years, now City's youth academy is regarded as one of the worlds best in terms of facilities and we have a number of kids that are ready for a breakthrough in the next couple years. Players like Iheanacho and Alexs Garcia have seen a number of games over the last 2 years, and guys like Brahim Diaz who just turned 17 will be making waves soon, the kid is a stud.
The one big draw for City, like you said, is the very entertaining style that we play in. Pellegrini had an attacking mindset, and Pep is all attack all day long. We do play a superior brand of futbol to the likes of our rival Man United and Maureen, who thinks parking the bus and eeking out 1-0 wins is what the fans want to see. Pep wants to put on a show for the fans and get wins, and I love that approach. Pep will be here a while, because he wants to develop this club from the youth academy up, but I agree that takes time. But, once City fix their defensive issues, I don't think there will be any question that we will have a top top club. Right now I consider us second tier to the Barca, Real, Bayern's of the world.

After seeing the red to Nasri, I have to say that was some serious bs acting by Vardy. They both touched heads and Vardy went back like Nasri punched him. I hate that type of stuff. Good to see an English club advance though and I hope tomorrow we see another advance for City.

No suspension for Marcus Rojo for the blatant stomp on Hazard yesterday. The FA are a complete joke. Giving Mings 5 game for his completely inadvertant stomp of Zlatant, and Rojo who clearly just stomped Hazard gets nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.
|1 week 1 day ago||For me, the taking money part||
For me, the taking money part is not a bad thing, but considering it was against the rules, and we subsequently had our basketball program ruined for 10 years because of his and a few others actions, I think anyone who holds ill will towards Chris is perfectly justified in their beef. All we have ever asked of Chris is that he publicly acknowledges and apologize to us. It's not even asking that much and this jack ass still wants to be stubborn about it all. Rich Eisen should have gone in on him honestly. At this point, the ball is in Chris's court, what he needs to do is simple, and if he can't do it, then he can go off to whatever he is doing now, and I won't think twice about him.
|1 week 1 day ago||Yeah, Kante has been a||
Yeah, Kante has been a revelation the last 2 years. I believe he is the catalyst for Chelsea's success this season. He has been the best midfielder in the game, his pace and work rate is just electric. I would rank him above David Silva, and Silva is probably the most underrated player in the league. 2 completely different players, but equally dynamic for their clubs, and they both boss games from the midfield.
|1 week 1 day ago||Chelsea getting the win over||
Chelsea getting the win over United was nice to see. I absolutely hate the way Maureen and United set out tactically. They just park the bus and hack and kick at legs. It's bs futbol in my opinion and being a City fan, I love seeing ugly futbol lose. People always ask why the Premier league is the most competetive league in the world, and if you watch how the majority of the bottom half plays, it's no wonder the league is very tight. Half the teams have no interest in playing futbol, just park the bus bs. It's effective, but it is not pleasing on the eyes at all.
I would love to see Leicester win today, and hope City come out firing tomorrow, because Monaco will score.
|1 week 2 days ago||Ok St is ok guys. I have||
Ok St is ok guys. I have watched them a few times, and I will say that yes, they can score with anyone, but their competition was sub par, way worse than the big ten in terms of going up against solid to good defenses. I really like our chances here. It was always going to be tough, but if we can somehow get out of this weekend, we can do this. There are really no out and out favorites. A lot of 2 seeds are less than stellar.

100%^^. I was going to say the same thing about yogi. I knew Yogi would carve out a role on an NBA team, the guy was just a ball player at IU, and his game is complete. Walton has to find the right fit, but he could carve a role somewhere. Just like jabrill and his stock falling to the end of the first round, whatever team gets him is getting a ball player, period.
