We just recently went to Westview Cider Mill in Romeo MI. Everything was really good there. If you have children they have a lot to do like Blake's but not as packed.
It seemed like Hoke and Co. made so many promises or used the "play early" card too much in recruiting that they were forced to stick by it. 17/18yr old kids think they know the world and unless you are a freak of nature you should redshirt.
If Harbaugh doesn't come home I hope it is Miles! He recruits well and his teams are always in the top ten. He is the next best option and actually wants to be here.
Hoke should be pointing to his horrible O-line coach Funk for poor line play and not lack of time in the summer. It's amazing other teams have no issues and have less 4 star players at the position.
The talk of getting Peppers a redshirt really now makes no sense. Why didn't he come out with this earlier?!? Hoke could've kept the fan base happy and the rumors down. If the kid is hurt and you can get the redshirt do it! Don't play around and send a kid out on the field that isn't 100%.
Its not a matter of talent. Its a lack of coaching skill. At the least our D-line should be outstanding and they got pushed around Saturday night.
There is not one member of that staff that should still have a job today. From RB's missing holes, to OL not making holes, to no rush on Golston, to DB's looking overmatched, and a missed FG. Nothing about Saturday's proformance is worth feeling good about.
This coaching staff needs to be completely wiped out with no hold overs for the next guy.
Webber should just apologize and say he was young and made a mistake. I don't think he knows how to tell the truth about the situation. So an apology should be the only thing that he does.
Anyone else a little concerned that Green measured out 20lbs heavier than expected then gets a "boo boo"? I remember when Kevin Grady came in as a highly touted RB and never lived up to the hype and hope that Green doesn't do the same.

Found this article this morning interesting. Not that I think he would see the field here but we could use QB depth and I think Montana could be a good addition.
This year you will have Barnum start with Miller backing him up. Then when next year hits you will recruit and get a C. I could see if your options were all seniors this year it being a problem. Plus I think you would want a kid to come in with Shane Morris so they build a rapport together.

In 7th grade we took a trip to see our states capitol and on the trip our teacher took us to see Michigan States campus and I was the only kid in the whole group to wear a Michigan sweatshirt! There has never been another school for me.
For me 1997 was the best!! It was incredible watching that team and the success they had and then driving with a buddy to MSU and getting tickets just minutes before the game. Sitting in an all MSU section as Michigan fans and getting to see the greatest football play I have ever seen in my life!! (Charles Woodson superman interception). Its a memory I will carry with me for the rest of my life! GO BLUE!
It really sucks losing out on a guy I thought could actually come in and play right away. The one thing I will say is I don't mind losing out on Dunn as long as he is the only casuality to Meyer. I mean it could be worse, we could have loss out like MSU and PSU.
I realize when there is a new coach there is attrition but this shouldn't be happening with incoming Freshman!! What is that 3-4 already? What does this say to the current class that you are trying to recruit?

I pretty much agree with everything but the uniforms. The alternate uniform is what the recruits like. I think they should keep wearing them.
