MSU fans' response is that Michigan wanted Robertston just as much as MSU did. They offered him and there is no proof that they ever stopped recruiting him. That is their argument, not mine. They say a lot of schools offered him.
I think he should be doing better, but when he came in, the program had been crappy for 7 years and not elite the way fans think it was for quite a while...let's say 20 years. What was his "every advantage?"
Just sounding like Hoke and saying, "Well, this is MIchigan" doesn't cut it, either
but if that guy gets pushed backwards those 3 steps and never moves forward, then he is ruled down. A ball carrier does not need to be tackled to the ground to be ruled down. He only needs to be stopped.
If it would've been a catch, the Clemson receiver's forward progress was stopped and he was being pushed backwards when the ball came out. Therefore, he would've been down.
Gene Smith needs to let it go. OSU had every chance to win the game, but did not get it done at the end.
I'd love to read your write-up. I'm on PC. The ads cover up the writing. I understand you need to make money, but is there a way to display the ads so they don't cover up your content?
The parking situation is mentioned every single time the low attendance situation is mentioned. The University's way to address it is to have someone pay money to park at Pioneer or in some strange person's driveway.
They could easily build a parking structure right next to Crisler and hook it up to the building.
I'm sure he means, "This is one of the many reasons why..."
Face it. Parking for Michigan basketball games stinks. You have to pay sometimes upwards of $20, walk a mile in the cold/wind/rain/snow, then after the game you get to do it again. It's a pain, especially with children.
What about the handshake? They didn't show the handshake on TV. Instead they showed the team running around with Paul, which is cool, but I was interested in watching the handshake.
Yeah. I mean, I really don't care about this. Michigan performed badly that day, but won the football game
I know, I know, "Michigan should have lost this game" that they won. I don't really understand that logic, but I get that people think that.
I'm curious if anything happened that we don't know about. Did Army suffer some major injury or injuries since Michigan played them? The national media wouldn't be discussing this, as no one outside of the Michigan and Army fan base really cares. I just wonder if something changed. If not, OK.
5-15 yard short, quick passes have worked well against the MSU defense for quite a while now.
Mysteriously, opposing teams still want to smash the football right up the middle or drop back and throw deep against MSU, giving their D time to deliver hits and/or sacks to the QB.
I guess you missed McCaffrey getting broken in half. It looked like it was going to happen every single play and then it did happen.
He went 3-8 on his passing attempts. I haven't seen that he is better than Patterson right now. Maybe with some more playing time, he could be better than Patterson, but he is not better at passing than Patterson right now.
It doesn't matter anyway, because as of right now, he is injured. Until he is healthy, he won't play, obviously.
Those schools offer like 300 athletes a year. They definitely are not going to bring in every single one of them. Just because an athlete gets a scholarship offer, does not necessarily mean the school is recruiting them hard or doesn't later change it's mind on whether or not they want someone to commit.

"The fact this school doesn't take winning game is just embarrassing."
What?
Is there any way to turn off the chick pics so I can read the descriptions?
Kentucky can pay him just as much money to stay at Kentucky as MSU can pay him to come to East Lansing.
Yes, it is. One that has already been posted about 1,000 times
I guess we'll just have to endure or skip over 1,000 more of these until next season.
Why worry about it? I'm sure the coaches will figure it out.
I have enough to worry about in my life, I don't need to take this on.

Thanks. It helps if fans are totally focused today on beating Ohio State

but the 4 steps were all backwards and he never moved forward. Does it really take 4 steps for forward momentum to be stopped and to be ruled down?

so he'll be eligible at the beginning of next season, correct?

Davis still has another year of eligibility after this one?
Seems like he has been here forever
Yep! I thought it was about a basketball recruit, too
A lot of the games are sold out. Games like this are sometimes lightly attended.
People buy tickets to try to sell them on stubhub.
Often times, no one buys them, so they sit on someone's counter and they go unused.

Exchange Western Michigan for Toledo...
Don't care about wins against Illinois and Toledo

Every post I read in the thread about this yesterday seemed to think that he was a Penn State lock...
I've seen it $20 at Pioneer before and depending on how full it is, it might be a 10 minute walk.
I guess the price goes up and down depending on the game, maybe...
I doubt they bash Tim Izzo

Anyone know how that went?

Sounds like Michigan 3 times last year against MSU :(
"I will be his first recruiting class..."
Sounds like Michigan

This shouldn't need to be pointed out.
You should refer to Auston Robertson as "the snitch" or "the whistleblower."
The only reason the MSU people turned on him was, because he started snitching. Otherwise, they would've protected him, also.
