They try to play up the smart-guys-turned-football-junkies angle too much, not in terms of analysis and information, but in terms of writing style and constant references to abstract things, memes, and inside jokes that go around this community that I find incredibly lame. I don't always agree with Magnus, but when I read his site I feel like I get the information that I care about, whether I agree with what he wrote or not.
