That's my point. He's the only one other than Woodson with even a remote shot. Since 88 without looking, so I could have made a mistake:
05 Bush dq
06 Troy Smith
12 Johnny Football
Ranking HOF candidacy amongst that group, its obviously Woodson alone. From there, I'd say the second highest odds are Cam, although you could make the argument that Winston has better odds than Cam. Everyone else on the list, except Mariota has virtually zero shot, I'd say.

A little OT but his hall of fame induction will be the first heisman since Barry in 88. There isn't a single other heisman winner out there anywhere near heisman trajectory.
The only one who is even possible in my opinion is Cam, and that's really far fetched.

But I am 36 years old and have never seen a Robin Williams movie or tv show. Not one. I even went through his filmography, but nothing.
Also, I'm not sure I could tell him or an in-his-prime Rowdy Roddy Piper apart in a lineup.

I raced ironman in Wisconsin in 2010. Ran through Camp Randall twice as part of the Marathon.
Both times I mustered up enough energy to scream badgers suck go blue.
Wasn't good etiquette. Sue me.

A few years ago the cardinals starting rotation included Jason Marquis and Mark Mulder, amongst others. I called them Marquis, Mark and the Funky Bunch (the other three being the bunch.) Never caught on.

Much less so for McQuaid.

in 20 minutes ran 2.5 miles and did 97 pullups. arms tightened and didn't loosen at all for four days. finally went to the doctor and my cpk was 89,000.
has taken me close to a year to regain all that dead muscle.

And he knew it would light up our message boards. me being the optimist, i assumed it was a commitment for us.
Unfortunately, he doesn't think Michigan has a chance (he said we never did, for what it's worth).

but that's not the surprise.
so that's like finding your christmas gifts beforehand only to get a better one you weren't counting on day of?
|1 year 42 weeks ago||+1 for me||
was there in the psu student section. arrived to my seat to "assholes" cheer. had a full cup of coke thrown at me (lid on).
then it got quiet. really really quiet.
|1 year 42 weeks ago||bro in law||
says not grantham either.
maybe izzo is retiring.
|1 year 42 weeks ago||Not that it's worth much to you guys||
but my brother in law is a coach for a big east team and he texted me last night that our message boards may "light up tonight" but didn't want to ruin the surprise.
FWIW, he told me bluiett was a ucla lock well before he committed.
Pre-submit edit, I just texted him and he said Blackmon wasn't the surprise...he says tune in tonight around 6 pm.

I don't know where you can get one. I have a um cycling top but its more of a club fit than I prefer.
at imwi there was a guy in a Spartan one piece tri kit a few minutes ahead of me on the run. closed the gap but didn't quite reel him in because I wasn't willing to risk blowing up my whole race just to pick off lil bro. ended up 30 seconds behind that a hole.

I did ironman wisconsin in 2010. It runs through camp Randall twice. Both times I screamed go blue as loud as I could, as I've been harassed as a visiting fan for 3 um games there. Cool story bro, I know.
|2 years 15 weeks ago||7 & 66||
The 7 covers a ton of information, but is extremely straightforward. The shocking thing is that the pool of exam questions is actually quite small. I took over 20 practice tests, and was surprised that the same questions with exact same sets of answers kept popping up.
When I got to the actual exam, I had seen probably 95% of the questions before, no joke. I didn't even have to read the full question before knowing the answer. So get your hands on as many practice exams as possible. I'd even go so far as to tell you not to read much of the material. Jump into practice tests, and learn the material by getting answers wrong and reading explanations of what the right answer is.
The 66 covers way less material, but they definitely try to trick you more.
In both cases, when in doubt, ask yourself, "How could I screw an 85 year old widow out of her money?" That is always the answer they're looking for.
In terms of the career path, it can certainly be rewarding. That said, if you're starting with cold calling, be prepared to be miserable. The percetage of your peers who also start with cold calls and stick with it is going to be very low.

Long time lurker. Love the site. This thread brought into lurking retirement.
Quick Woodson story. I was a sophomore in 1997. Traveled to Wisconsin, Penn State and the Rose Bowl. Saw 10 games in person -- was amazing.
Anyway, fast forward to the Spring of 2000. I was a senior. I was at Rick's (every night), and one particular night Charles was in town and also at Rick's. As my time at UM was winding down, I was (drunkenly and probably sappily) looking at my tenure there.
Approached him and said, "Charles, just wanted to thank you for all you did. I was a sophomore in 1997 and you really helped make my college career great." Ridiculous, I know.
He looked right at me and said, "that's what I do."
