"Basketball is fun to play when we take a break from learning how to run the world."

At the National Championship absolutely disgusted me. He gave Fisher no true credit for the fantastic job he did rebuilding Florida State (who is tied with Oklahoma for most appearances in the title game), and proceeded to slobber and drool over the greatness of the conference, despite the fact that Alabama had just lost in the previous game, TAMU needed a miracle to escape DUKE, Iowa had LSU on the ropes, Florida didn't even qualify for a game, Ole Miss squeezed by Georgia Tech, and Georgia lost to Nebraska.

Would probably rather get a Michigan degree than get cut because a disgruntled fan is tired of losing.

That the Cavs should have tried a little harder to keep their superstar. They lucked into getting likely the best player of this century and screwed that up.

Was one of the best dual threat quarterbacks to ever play. And he was built like a fullback. Maybe not the best guy to run an NFL offense, but you can't deny that he was a great leader when he was in college.

Are why you should probably listen to people who actually live in the state. Or have at least visited Columbus in this millennium.

Data has shown that the number of altercations has increased since the banning of alcohol at collegiate athletic events.

Don't be rude or disrespectful and you won't have any problems. That's a lot of why things happen. I wear my Michigan gear in Columbus all the time, especially when I spend time with my in-laws. I've occasionally bantered but the usual question is why I'm a Michigan fan. Once I tell them, they usually back off of being disrespectful. Besides, the Arnold is a huge event. Most of the people in the area will be focused on things other than a football rivalry.

The World Cup, where Ireland beat Bulgaria even though Bulgaria's Seeker caught the Snitch?

It's always nice to hear that a new Michigan man is born!

Considering that in the next two years, Hoke will either have validated himself as a head coach or he will be on the hot seat. Pulling Harbaugh from the 49ers is a lot harder than pulling him from the Browns, and getting him back to the Midwest would have been a great insurance policy. But then again, with Brandon's undivided support of Hoke, even if Harbaugh was in the Midwest, it probably wouldn't make a difference.

I coach for a rival school in the conference and he was excellent in his game against us. He did have a high-profile target at TE but he had no problems with distribution or accuracy. He has a lot of upside. He was also thrown to the wolves after the starting QB was dismissed from the team midway through the season, so his maturity is accelerated. I'd hope that he gets an offer.

Funk has coached NFL talent. Offensive linemen don't become first round picks overnight. Yes, youth is an issue. Inexperience is an issue. But Molk, Lewan, and Schofield aren't good just because they stepped onto the field. They got coached. Let's see what happens this year.

But if that's the case, go to community college or join the military. Far less of a risk as far as money goes, right?
|6 weeks 1 day ago||A Michigan degree||
Is not a cliche. I am someone who decided against going to Michigan because I thought that was too far from home and too expensive. I ended up with a similar amount of student debt at an in-state school. Furthermore, I regret missing out on that opportunity deeply. I'm looking at getting my Ph.D now and hoping that I can get into my area of study at UM. I also know an old teammate that got into Ohio State and Michigan for graduate school, and she chose Michigan, graduated with honors, and now has a very good career that allows her to travel internationally. This person has described it as a dream school. Would you tell them to not go to Harvard because of the cost?

Your ACT indicates that you're scoring in the 90th percentile. A 29 shows that you're capable, but not spectacular. Improve that score. Believe it or not, the gap between a 29 and a 31 is pretty big. That's about test taking strategy and time management. UM wants to see a 32 - 36. That's 97th - 99th percentile. Take the test in the fall, don't take it in December unless you have to. The December test is the, "Oh crap I need a better score," test, and seniors flock to take it then. If you get the exact same number of questions right in October and in December, you'll have a lower score in December because you're competing within a percentile, and the bigger the pool of competitors, the tougher it gets to get that high score you want.

But it's not designed to reward the regular season unless you're in the SEC.

I have a friend who is a Tennessee fan. Naturally, he proclaims all the time that the SEC is the best conference ever and the B1G is irrelevant. When Michigan State upset Ohio State, it wasn't a well-fought victory with him, it was an average team beating an overrated OSU team.

Also is not what I would call an international sport of appeal because it's not designed for just anyone to play. Wrestling is a historic sport, to the inception of the Olympics. That's why I advocate for it. I don't watch it but I respect it.
