I’d trade for a sprained ankle. Coming up on 6 weeks post-op from a ruptured Achilles tendon (basketball). Just started full weight bearing in an air cast this week and easing into seated calf raises. This injury is firmly a “10/10 do not recommend.”

Where to watch in Prague? Hijacking the thread as this isn't worthy of a new post... any ideas where one might be able to catch the game in Prague? Will resort to streaming if worst comes to worst

Had sushi for dinner. Currently drinking a Sixpoint Bengali Tiger IPA, then I'll move on to a Jackie O's Dark Apparition Russian Imperial Stout.

Jason Witten or Martellus Jason Witten or Martellus Bennett? If Cutler were starting, I'd roll with Bennett.

What a terrible day for my sports teams. At least Navy won. When can we have nice things? Oh, and I've had a half a bottle of champagne, and a half a bottle of cab. Not mixed, of course.

Benny's

Another vote for Benny's. Very good value, and just what the doctor ordered after a long night of drinking. The food is nothing to write home about, but it meets expectations and there's rarely a line. I also have a soft spot for the Broken Egg, but I have no idea why.

My wife and I are making the drive from Cincinnati to Chicago tomorrow. Should be a good weekend with some great friends. We don't have tickets yet, but I doubt that will be a problem.

Pork Tenderloin Sliders

I tried the pork tenderloin sliders recipe, and it was amazing. By far the best thing that happened last Saturday. Looks like I may have to make a weekly routine of  trying the Thursday recipes.

Given the chance of rain,

Given the chance of rain, would it be out of line to wear a bathing suit to the tailgate and game? I had never given this a thought until my friend said he sports a bathing suit quite often at Tennessee tailgates. Maybe it's an ESS-EEE-SEE thing.

Could it be that Hoke can't identify a top RB because none of them can gain any yards with the current state of our OL? Honest question.

The wife and I will be making the trip from Cincinnati to Chicago to visit some friends and catch a Cubs game. Good food and drink will be had. Return to Cincinnati on Sunday, and then we'll head up to Michigan on the following Friday to prepare for tailgating.

Are these Italian teams

Are these Italian teams comparable to an RPI 250 team? From the looks of our two and a half games so far, we seem to be rolling with ease. Did we expect to be tested by any of the overseas games?

Okay. So I actually went through Chapters 1 and 2. This stuff is pure gold. "Bound-for-Street." Lolololol.

Can't go wrong in the Caribbean (at least I haven't so far). I've been to Puerto Rico a couple times, Antigua, and St. Lucia. All are truly different experiences and all very amazing. Flights to Puerto Rico can be had at very reasonable prices, too.

The Gulf Coast of Florida is great. Siesta Key, St. Armands Circle, and Longboat Key are very nice. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva aren't too shabby either.

Colorado!

In the past year, I've been pretty fortunate to travel a fair bit. Since it's summer, I'll mention three of my favorite places to visit this time of year. In June, I flew out to Denver for a wedding and turned it into a Colorado road trip. Highlights were Boulder, Rocky Mountian National Park, Breckenridge, Aspen, Telluride, and Colorado Springs. I had been to Colorado before, but Telluride was new to me. Best town ever. I'm sure this trip would be a real treat in late September/early October when the Fall foliage peaks.

Second on the list is San Francisco, Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. Fly into SF and drive down CA1. Fantastic views and great hiking in the numerous state parks along the way.

The third on my list would be Seattle (my favorite "big" city). All three of these destinations would be very kid friendly, in my opinion. Of course, anywhere along the lakes in the great state of Michigan is near the top of the list. I'd also love to visit Maine in the summer.

I have been from Algonac to

I have been from Algonac to Lake Erie several times. Provided the weather is nice, the trip should be pretty straight forward. That being said, the Detroit River can get very shallow outside of the shipping channel. I imagine you'll enter the Livingston Channel from Lake Erie and stick to the shipping channel through the Detroit River and Lake St. Clair. Lake St. Clair is also a very shallow lake (I'm sure you know), but the crossing is pretty easy if you stay in the channel and enter the St. Clair River through the South Channel. The Middle Channel entrance to the St. Clair River can be dangerous for those who haven't been there before. If you take the wrong approach to the first set of markers, you'll find yourself in a couple feet of water (at most). I can't speak for the trip north of Algonac, but the St. Clair River is pretty easy to navigate. It is well marked, and the water color is very telling of the depth. Stay in the middle and obey any no wake zones, and you'll be fine.

Nice shirt. I saw Chance the Nice shirt. I saw Chance the Rapper do a show with Childish Gambino in Detroit a couple years back. Been hooked ever since.
So I think what you're saying

So I think what you're saying is that our football coaches are really bad, considering the MBB staff is top notch.

This thread is useless.

Subject says it all.

After today's debacle, I'd

After today's debacle, I'd much prefer the old system where we mailed in a form and entered a raffle. It's frustrating to hear that people were able to get tickets easily by calling, when all the messages prior to the ticket sale stressed that the only way to obtain tickets was to be on your computer at 10am on May 1. However, after 2.5 hours of technical failure nonsense, I also wound up calling and got tickets to Minnesota with relative ease. I just wish I knew I could have called at 10am.

3-2, not 2-3

Not to nitpick, but Illinois switched to a 3-2 zone midway through the second half (not a 2-3 zone). This is particularly problematic because the three defenders at the top of the key lock down our shooters, and we don't have the size to exploit the two defenders along the baseline. Our offense is well suited to pick apart a 2-3 zone.

I'm here for the Posbang, but also for an explanation of the "or two MSU losses." We don't need two MSU losses. We need one win or a loss from both MSU and Wisconsin for the outright title. Amirite?

Why was LeVert inexplicably standing alone under the basket on the last defensive series? Petteway stepped out to the three point line and nobody followed him. Our (lack of) defensive awareness is frustrating at times.
