Just got back to Philly myself. I say it was more UF fans but not by much. There upper deck was more full than ours. However, many fans may have been watching from the terraces that the stadium has. I know for sure our sides, club section was WAY more full.
Great time and glad people made it home safe. GO BLUE!
I rocked a Rutgers cap because I liked the Knight logo and it was on sale at Lids while a student at UM 20 years ago. I am glad they are coming up in the world LOL
I live in the Philly Area and travel in NJ often and almost never see people with Rutgers gear on. You might see a car magnet from time to time but that's about it.
My buddy here wants him to replace Rhule who left for Baylor. At first I was like he is not taking that much of a pay cut. Temple was paying Rhule 1.5mil and that was a lot for them.
At this point though, They may want a name to continue the momentum they have built up. They are trying to build a 30k seat stadium on campus and need some juice to get that project over the hump.
I bought a Woodson this black friday as they had them 30% off with free shipping. The quality and weight of the jersey is top notch. The only thing it needs is an iron-on swoosh if you care.
Granted, I am an alum from that Era. I can still feel my eyes watering up in the student section when they pepper sprayed to make sure we didn't rush the field. I can understand the younger fans wanting a current or player that meant something for them and their time but I am not sure yet how the retail Jumpman Authentics feel.

Well he was at ODU and A.I. is the favorite son of Newport News,VA and tidewater area so it had relevance to the area.
