1 week 4 days ago	That's just not true	All jokes are not the same because all groups are not identically situated.  Are you really threatened if you hear a joke about white people or men?  (I'm assuming you're a white man - maybe I'm wrong.)  I am a white guy, and I am totally and utterly unthreatened by such jokes because I stand in my white-man shoes at the top of the racial-sexual pyramid...Also, Gee said that you can't trust Catholics (or was it just the ND Catholics?).  Being untrustworthy isn't even a stereotype of Catholics.
1 week 4 days ago	That's interesting (no sarcasm)	Both WWI and WWII seem to have had moments when armies were totally unprepared for the technological advances in warfare that had been made since the prior major war.  I knew that about WWI, not so much about WWII.

The fact that Gee had to step down because of those comments seems insane to me.  As someone who comes from an Irish-Catholic family (on my father's side, anyway), I feel well-positioned enough to say that anti-Catholic bigotry is no longer a threat to anyone in the U.S., and Gee was obviously joking.  And ND is a pain in the ass.  And the SEC and Bret Bielema don't need to be on anyone's list of folks who need protecting...This is the height (or depth) of fake offense.

1 week 5 days ago	I will be more creative if Hand doesn't commit to Michigan	For example, I've heard that he can't use chopsticks worth a damn and always uses a fork when he's eating Chinese food.  I'm just not sure I want a kid like that on the team...

I thought from the video that Hibbert was lampooning the use of "no homo" in the same way that someone says "that's what she said" with the understanding that it's stupid.  Perhaps I'm being too easygoing, but that was my initial reaction...As for calling the media "mother-f*****s," you have to remember that most sports journalists do, in fact, have sex with their mothers.

I have a feeling Webber is going to air all the dirty Michigan laundry he ever heard of so he can say, "I was just part of a corrupt system." ..Also,what does Chris Webber have to contribute to anything at this point? He stopped thinking and wasted his intellectual potential years ago. He's a damn NBA announcer. Shouldn't he be talking about how awesome Lebron is? ...I realize this is really harsh, but I am really sick of Chris Webber haunting the program. He has a bunch of money and an easy life. And that's all he ever wanted as far as I can tell. Leave Michigan alone.

6 weeks 6 days ago	Gerry DiNardo	He seems like a nice guy.  That's the most I can say about his ideas for divisions and his understanding of the conference.  As for Kevon Looney, can you imagine that kid playing the four in Coach Beilein's offense?  I'm going to have to work hard not to think too much about it, as I don't want my hopes dashed if he goes elsewhere.
6 weeks 6 days ago	I understand what you'res saying, but...	...the NFL is remarkably strict about these things.  They have someone at each game making sure that uniforms are w/in NFL guidelines.  A player can be fined for having his socks too low, for example.
