Maybe the fact that MSU has had two straight winning seasons, two straight bowl games, and HAS dominated in-state recruiting. People are starting to follow MSU again. Why are there people writing articles about it if it's not true? It's not just newspapers, ESPN, rivals, etc. are saying the same thing.

You are completely ignoring the comments that I'm talking about and are talking about tOSU vs UM game. OSU is not a rival and he is close with Tressel. UM is a rival, and after your boy Mike Hart's comments, not too high on his list. It's not like MSU needed OSU to lose this game. They also had to beat PSU so it's not like it was all in OSU's hands. Therefore, the comment doesn't mean crap to me. We weren't going to beat PSU anyway.
I'm talking about the 3-9 and coaches/players not leaving comments. He mentions nothing in that about UM yet you automatically assume he is taking a shot at you. That makes you insecure. You're insecure about your program right now and you are scared of the fact UM isn't dominating this state anymore. Of course, the arrogance factor will never allow you to admit it, but everyone outside of the UM fanbase knows it.

Because that shows a lack of class from Hart. The whole press conference thing, people are always going to have their opinions so I'm not going to call Dantonio a saint for saying that. But Hart's comment was directed right at MSU. Yeah, we're going to get a little upset. Dantonio's 3-9 and comment about coaches and players aren't even directed at UM and you guys get crazy.
Dantonio is not going anywhere. His relationship with the university, Izzo, AD Hollis, and the way the fans love him, MSU is his last stop. He has said it many times before. I find it funny how he gets under you UM fans' skin. Saying "it's better than being 3-9" got all of you riled up when he was just stating the opposite of MSU's record. When he talked about how our coaches and players have stayed at B11 media day, many wolvies thought he was taking another shot at them. He has got all of your $2.99 Wal-Mart special edition UM boxer briefs in a bunch and I find it hilarious.
