Very classy move by Northwestern!! Both were TA's and had a professor in common, but they were TA's in diffrent classes. I am clueless on what his motive was, and not sure we will ever know. Last night, I got a text from the Purdue alert system stating that there had been shots fired and police were responding, but thankfully it was a false alarm.
Clearly the picture would of been taken after the incident occured, if he is infact a plainclothed officer. As a criminal justice student wanting to become a police officer, I would perfer a high calibare AR15 assualt rifle over a glock. Espically if a shooting has just occured and a rumor of second suspect might be at large (according to police scanner). I find it hard to believe that the suspect is the one in the picture, with it clearly being far harder to conceal carry a big weapon like that. Details will eventually unfold in the next few days.
No, that is a plain clothed officer that is doing a patrol with the automatic weapon they carry in there vehicles. As bad as it sounds, this incedent would be a lot more than one death with an weapon like that.

Reports are that one is in custody and possibly looking for another. There has been many reports that a teaching assistant has been shot and killed. Please be praying for Purdue!!
You are able to listen into diffrent scanners in the United States. The best thing to listen to with sever weather is Skywarn, which is a frequency that has trained weather spotters. You can also listen to the local police scanner, which also gives information about the weather.
Indiana will have a little bit of a slight size advantage downlow with Zeller and Watford (or Sheehey) against Morgan (might not be 100%) and GR 3. I do believe McGary will be able to hold his own down low. Michigan will have the advance at the backcourt with Hardaway Jr., Burke, and Stauskas. I believe they will try to put Oladipo on burke to try and slow him down. That will leave Yogi Ferrel and Jordan Hulls who are each 6 feet to try and stop Tim and Stauskas who are 6'6 apiece. Michigan should win if they stay out of foul trouble, keeps their turnovers to a minimum, and gets physical to rattle Zeller early. Overall the game will be very closely contested, but I hope for a blowout to rip all my IU bandwagon buddies. Go Blue!!
