That isn't wind.  That is

That isn't wind.  That is Denard running by you.

Jesus.  Last week it was "all

Jesus.  Last week it was "all that matters is that we play tOSU the last week of the year".  Now people want to complain because our division is "too tough".  Our division may be tougher today but it may not be in 5 years.  If you want to be the best you have to beat the best.

RichRod probably ran him out

RichRod probably ran him out of there too.

Looks like tickets are still

Looks like tickets are still available through Toledo website.  You can order online and ick up at will call.  Parking is usually pretty easy.  They have a lot of parking lots around the Glass Bowl.  The ones that are further away have shuttles running to and from stadium.  Hope this helps.

The worst part is she was

The worst part is she was billing Lucas County, which happens to be who I am employed by and the Sheriff is laying people off because the County has no money.  Can't wait for her to need police assistance.

I have been wondering.  Why

I have been wondering.  Why do there have to be divisions?  Why can't it just be 12 teams and the top two play for the championship?

Too bad it wasn't a video.  I

Too bad it wasn't a video.  I am sure his neighbor came out and said "get away from my Hummer asshole."

If you go to Section 4 row 77

If you go to Section 4 row 77 you will hear at least 30 or so a game.  That woman never stops.

Niether is ND-UM.  But we

Niether is ND-UM.  But we consider it a rivalry.  And that game hasn't even been important for a few years now.

Niether is ND-UM.  But we consider it a rivalry.  And that game hasn't even been important for a few years now.

Hasn't anybody ever heard of

Hasn't anybody ever heard of Texas-Oklahoma Florida-Alabama.  Last time I checked they play each other early in the year.  Guess what.  Neither of these rivalries has lost it luster.  Gameday is still there every year as long as both teams are of some significance in the national rankings.  They are all in different sides of their conferences.

Either way The Game is never

Either way The Game is never going to be the same.  If Michigan and Ohio State are in the same division the only thing the last game could determine is who gets a chance to play for the conference title.  Then the Big Ten Championship game becomes a bigger game.  As a Michigan fan for a long time I will take a Conference Championship any day over a win over Ohio State.

Everybody keeps talking about

Everybody keeps talking about the last game, the last game.  Doesn't anbody think Michigan will ever make the Big Ten Championship game?  I personally think Michigan will play in it every year.  In that case the last game will be determined by records.  And if everybody truly wants Ohio State to be the last game of the year then they have to be in seperate divisions.  If not it will never be the last Big Ten game of the year.  There will always be one more.

Because people want to feel

Because people want to feel like they have a purpose.  Like they are the reason THE GAME didn't get changed.  Just like when somebody misses a free throw.  It was because of them.

Now now.  We can't just pick

Now now.  We can't just pick and choose what years we want to remember.  Since we are the most winning program in HISTORY then we have to take the down years too.  Otherwise we would just be a bunch of tOSU fans ("well we have a better record against you in the last 50 years") .

I think if RR really wants to

I think if RR really wants to piss off the "down in front" crown. Have the team wear all blue.  Would look awesome. Toledo does it for their home games.  Than to top it off have the team run through smoke out of the tunnel.

The thing about Jordan is he

The thing about Jordan is he didn't have a scholarship or even the promise of ever getting one.  He worked his ass off to get where he is.  Hell I live in Toledo and never heard a word about him in high school.  Now he has worked his way into the starting line up.  Maybe JT Turner should have been hanging out with him over the summer.

Rodriguez has brought back

Rodriguez has brought back alumni since day 1.  There have been anywhere between 20-30 every year at the spring game.  That doesn't even include the ones playing in alumni game.

Exactly my point.  We are

Exactly my point.  We are still talking about these games and always will until the day we die.  If the human error would have been taken out and we would forget about them.  We would say "oh well, we lost that one fair and square".  That isn't any fun.  Why do you think there isn't a playoff system yet in college football?  If there was you couldn't debate about it.  Why dou they do preseason polls?  So people will talk about college football.

And somebody bitches and

And somebody bitches and complains.  What if a microchip had decided there wasn't really 1 second left on the clock against Penn St. ?

Not saying the football stops

Not saying the football stops working.  Obviously there is more than one football.  Talking about the entire system.  Hell sometimes they can't even get the clock to work properly.

That  is like saying we are

That  is like saying we are going to call holding for the first half but not the second.  Can't play with some rules one half and not the other.

What if the chip stops

What if the chip stops working in the middle of the game?  Do you just stop the game there and finish another day?  Can't referee a game half with a microchip and half without.  Refs would start to rely on this too much.  Unless....we could get robots to be referees.

If we put microchips in the

If we put microchips in the ball then we better have all the players wear those little sensors all over their bodies so we know when they go down. Better put a microchip in the referee's whistle so we know when he blows it.  If that is going to be the case we should just all watch the computer play itself in NCAA 11

Not a fan.  Takes the human

Not a fan.  Takes the human element out of the game.  If that happens then what do we have to debate?  That is half the fun.

Excellent work.

Excellent work.

Is "you suck" really that Is "you suck" really that awful. I can think of a handful of other things much worse. Pretty soon there will be rules posted about what you are allowed to say. Just as bad as the water bottle rule. Let the students have their fun.
Hopefully everyone brings Hopefully everyone brings glow sticks
Don't care.  If they jumped

Don't care.  If they jumped off we don't want them back.  Besides, our wagon is going to be moving so fast they won't be able to catch it to jump on.  It will kind of represent our offense.  So fast nobody can catch it.

Michael Shaw.  Dude needs to

Michael Shaw.  Dude needs to step it up in the classroom.

Cannot get here soon enough.

Hopefully the luxury boxes Hopefully the luxury boxes keep the sound in even more with the glass on them.
Enjoy it.  Take it all in.  I

Enjoy it.  Take it all in.  I have only missed a handful of games since the age of 8.  That is 23 years and I still rank going to Michigan games 3rd behind getting married and the birth of my son.  Get there early to see the band come in and definitely don't miss the team coming out of the tunnel.  Still gives me chills every time.  Getting chills thinking about it.  Is it Sept. 4th yet?

If the players remain

If the players remain disciplined we can stop anybody.  We have the talent.  Our linebackers need to just not blow assignments. That was when we gave up the big plays. We have the speed and talent.  Just need to execute.

Best shirts ever.

Best shirts ever.

I sure hope better than -6 turnovers. Our achiles heel last year.

The first time I walked into

The first time I walked into Section 4 when I was about 7.  Most beautiful sight I had ever seen.  I remember sometime around then asking my parents "was I born a Michigan fan"?

And they both replied "Of course you were."

If the water bottle policy is

If the water bottle policy is a security issue then the University must do a pretty extensive background check on the delivery guys from the water distributor.  Or maybe they have a guy that checks every single bottle that gets delivered to the stadium.  If it is a security thing, how can I be sure the water in cups is safe to drink?
