Just something to consider and, if need be, a factor you could emphasize as being a very big deal and thus major drawback of ND should she actually like South Bend.
Regarding public education, it won't be very long until even the K-12 level is dramatically changed by new technologies. While not time-conducive, per se, people tend to do this stuff for longer stretches on a given day; i.e.5-6 hours of downhill skiing (small hills + used-to-be landfills excluded) can easily burn off 1500-2000 kcal.
Or just pick up a dozen boxes of that Ally stuff from Walgreens if not concerned over occasional leakage of yellow, nasty-smelling, liquidity poo

Except the rule isn't simple, at least not for players who might be dealing with chronic pain, yet are also worried about opioid/painkiller dependency. Even worse is the dilemma faced by those with a family history suggestive of an inherent predisposition for addiction.
