Marshall is a great pick up.  He is an athlete at 6’4” 260.

They play him split out at offense and he looks great high pointing the ball.

They play him across the entire DL and he causes havoc with his burst.

I’m fired up about this commit.

If you are a QB with NFL potential winning big games and the notoriety that comes with playing at Michigan is enough to get you noticed and have a hell of a lot of fun.

But yes young QBs may not see it that way.  

I watched Joe Milton run out of bounds short of the sticks on 4th down to lose a game in downs. I can’t unsee that combined with the inaccuracies. There were a lot of reasons for Tennessee to have success but he is a below average QB.

Orji has more upside at similar stages. 

Tuttle may have more upside as dual threat. He can move the chains a few times a game with his legs. 

Could we please see Kenneth grant at Fullback in goal line situations.

McCord would have been the best QB on OSUs roster this year.  He would have improved as a 2nd year starter.

Day fucked that up badly. He did not handle the firestorm of losing to Michigan for the 3rd straight year and seemed to cast some unfair blame on McCord in the aftermath.

Having a good or respectable passing game can provide a significant boost for a running game. Warren would lead my depth chart if it was based on what we watched today. The deep ball was great. I was especially encouraged to see him move from pressure, keep his eyes up and find  Fred Moore. Those plays win games.

Props to Moore for making a veteran play and slipping into the seem.

One dimensional offenses equal struggles and frustration and are much easier for a defense to game plan. Orji had some intermediate passes today that he missed badly that should not be difficult to make. No doubt his legs are a huge weapon so if the passing can improve it would be a great scenario.

We will see where fall ball takes them and it will be interesting to see Tuttle in the mix. Tuttle is also a plus runner. 

Then he will have a tat on his other arm.

JJ is a natural leader in the locker room which should never be underestimated.  Guys go to war for him and he knows how to build the culture.
