Regarding Roh - I remember that he was asked by the coaching staff to put on weight after the spring camp.  I also remember reports of him struggling to force down lots of calories/carbs in order to gain the weight.  I wonder if maybe he gained too much weight (or bad weight) too quickly (20+ lbs) and has lost half a step or so.  He does seems less explosive or slower off the ball than in the past.
