It became apparent to me that he wasn't going to get over the hump when he had that group with Tillman, Bridges, JJJ, Cassius Winston and didn't get a title with them.
This time it had a little bit more oomph to it. "Harbaugh is an agitator" "making people mad behind closed doors" "sniffing around" reminds of the food inspectors on Bob's Burgers
I was confident in Michigan beating OSU again before the season started and Ryan Day yelling after the ND game cemented it that he's an intelligent football coach but this shit has gotten to him and there's no shot this year. Maybe it changes next season depending on if the NCAA forces Harbaugh back to the NFL and there's a talent drop off but that's about OSU's only chance to re-establish dominance. And that's still not a guarantee because, well Sherrone Moore is 1-0 and he'd probably be elevated to HC.
I took it as a positive as well. Honestly felt relieved as a fan because I was NOT looking forward to refreshing Twitter non stop tomorrow with a pit in my stomach about what the out come would be. I would have rather them settle and close the investigation instead of dragging it out as much as possible because even getting the restraining order was no guarantee. Imagine how we would all feel after the hearing if the injunction wasn't granted. We'd be sick and angry. And those losers threatened to put more punishment on Michigan if they felt like it. So, with them closing the case Michigan can 100% focus again on the rest of the season though I don't doubt they weren't going to be ready to go this weekend and next regardless. Remember Jim can still be with the team during the week.
So many people have lost sight of this. All the rumor mongering has let it shape the narrative. At this point I wouldn't care if Michigan did indeed comment on the investigation even though they can't. It's just annoying they can't talk but everyone else can.
Lol Ryan Walters just added fuel to the fire. 56-0 M you better hope Pettiti was so shook from the comments in the meetings that he caved and immediately suspends Harbaugh.
Is Michigan the only big time school that hates itself? I don't get you guys sometimes. As you can tell from my logo, I went to CMU but I grew up watching Michigan football and it's stuck with me to this day (and for the rest of my life) but like...the self-own is very odd to watch play out.
Imagine having a comfortable life but you spend your free time living out every internet message board warrior's dream. What a goon. To your own alma mater.
I mean that's a lie that everyone besides Michigan media thinks this is very bad. Say what you want about the people I'm about to list to those who are like, "wtf are we even doing here?" in the media have been Cowherd, Gottlieb, Brady Quinn, Finebaum, Greeny. Just off the top of my head. Again, say what you want about the people listed but it's incorrect to say "literally everyone besides Michigan media think that this is very bad."
The way all of this has been reported and reacted to seems wayyy overboard. I've never seen anything like it. Everybody is jumping to some sort of conclusion when honest-to-God, I'm not even trying to play dumb or obtuse, I'm still trying to figure out exactly what the big deal is and why people are losing their minds? Is it just because it's Michigan?
As long as they don't vacate wins (which I'm sure they won't, but that's been a popular social media talking point) all you got to do is say scoreboard.
It is probably because it's historically been dominated by two teams. Imagine if you were a fan of any B1G West team and every year you pretty much know you don't have a shot at anything because it's either going to be OSU or Michigan.
All you have done in these threads is hyperventilate over the news today and be a complete doomer. Yeah the news as fans is frustrating to hear because it's out of our control over what happens and we don't know yet what is even true. I bet you $1 they will not be getting "ratfucked." And I bet you another dollar that your BP is through the roof.

What a good read. Glad to hear his side of the story. There's always two sides. Michigan still made the right choice to move on.

This could be my worst take for 2024 but my gut is telling me Dylan Raiola will be Drew Allar
Best: Michigan would go undefeated during the regular season
Worst: MSU would have a bounce back year
He said "18 a bitch, 6 a bitch, Ryan Day a bitch!"
This time it had a little bit more oomph to it. "Harbaugh is an agitator" "making people mad behind closed doors" "sniffing around" reminds of the food inspectors on Bob's Burgers
Anybody notice they pretty much said that sign gate is a witch hunt without saying it?

I've watched like 10 times this morning. Very moving and powerful.
I remember when we were clamoring for Matt Campbell
Well, it looks like Michigan is just going to have to cave their heads in.
Instead of snowflake threads after games we should have hellfire threads
Reading other threads does not equate a PR nightmare. I know everyone was out for blood because everyone's angry.
The key was keeping Jim with the team during the week. If that hadn't happened, well maybe things would be different.
My guess the O is going to look a lot more like it has all year with a balanced attack. 44-21

All you need is a suit and a good haircut
Oh are we tiring of having this be dragged out 24/7?
No because they can just use their carnival barkers to get social media engagement. They don't care about journalism. They haven't for years.
We never left
The vast network is never ending
A bunch of mid coaches with crap teams in this conference trying to cry their way to 5-7
Speaking of Santa, he makes me feel confident that IF M must replace Harbaugh he will get the best coach.

I'm sure GameDay is sick and tired of talking about it. They're there to woop it up with the crowd and get people hyped up for the day.
Again
Why are you putting money down to hedge your emotional investment?
hahaha I mean this with all sincerity but what in the actual fuck is going on?
Lol Ryan Walters just added fuel to the fire. 56-0 M you better hope Pettiti was so shook from the comments in the meetings that he caved and immediately suspends Harbaugh.
A contract extension is the only way Michigan can give a big "F U" to this whole ordeal since they can't comment on it. But everyone else can lol.

Who the hell is Jim Stapleton?
Hey you were the one who said "media" which is broad so no surprise when I give you facts that the statement is incorrect you'd move the goalposts.

I think that would make it look worse.
So I'm not the only person who had thoughts of Steve Bartman. Poor Steve.
Yeah if Brian were feeling a certain type of way about this I don't think he would sugarcoat his breakdowns of what's going on.
One of the downsides of being a powerhouse. All the networks want Michigan in primetime. If they had every game at noon, I'd be pleased as punch.
lol! what a bunch of crybabies. At least there were one or two that were just like we're just jealous

What's your deal?
Then the NCAA says, "cmon! Please?"

I kinda wouldn't mind MSU hiring Urban just to see it explode in their faces.
The opposing fans can take their asterisks and wipe their tears with them.

Why do that when you can hide behind daddy NCAA?
