What the cost was for Detroit Water for the 18 months? I thought I had read Detroit Water wanted a 30 year deal and thought they could basically extort Flint into some outrageous deal.

Also, you left off that Flint River water has always remained Flint's backup water source and was the sole Flint water source up until the 70s?
