Hoke and Borges are gonna do some work on some wings. As for game, I don't like our chances. We have not proven to be a a competent road team. We have traditionally been even worse on the west coast. K-State has some pretty good special team which has been a weakness of ours for a while (sans fg's). Though he is old, Bill Snyder is a heck of a coach. I expect us to be outcoached/schemed once again.
I can understand your frustrations with the way people are venting their own, however, this is what fan(atics) do and this is a forum for fanatics. I am not sure what else you were expecting.We are all fans of one of the most storied programs in all of college athletics, and for the majority of us, we are tied to this university one way or another.
For most of us, the results we continue to witness are just not acceptable for a program like Michigan. This hasn't been a one game issue; this is a decade's worth of built up frustration. What we witnessed this past Saturday has become ubiquitous when discussing this team's performance. We understand the 'it takes time" excuse, but that begins to hold little merit when we continue to regression instead of progression.
For many of us, we can accept a 9-3 type season, especially if we deduce that the program is moving forward. Last season's record of 8-4 followed by this years performences does not resemble a program that is moving in the right direction. This is on the heels of suffering through a similar (results) period three years ago. At this point, wins are meaningless to me. If this team and program make tangible strides and improve as a team, then we all can accept the extra time it might take for us to be competing and winning B1G titles.

The level headed fan base understands that it will take time, and many are ok with that, as long as there is progress being made. What is very troublesome is that lack of progress, which actually seems to be a regression by this staff.
I am not calling for National Titles and such, however, do I expect Hoke and co., who are in their third year, to out perform the bottom of the FBS? Ya, I do, and I don't think that is selfish of me to believe and expect this program to be farther along than it is.
This loss (and quite frankly, this whole year) has been difficult to deal with, yet you would think we would know how to since we have been dealing with these feelings and results for years now. How a program with this many resources, and this much history continues to be this average is confounding.
I really wanted to believe that Hoke was the guy, and he still might be, but with the body of work we have to judge, he seems to be in over his head at times. One could argue, in his third year, he is at the helm of his worst team during that span. This is a bit concerning.
By no means do I expect this program to be in a position to be contending for MNC's at this time; however, we are talking about a team that is struglling to beat the bottome dwellers of FBS. In year three we should be competing for conference titles, which we haven't tasted in almost 10 years.
Changes need to be made. Now, what type of changes that means can be debated (and has been). What we all can agree on, is that this program can not continue to head down the path we are on. It is time for Hoke and these coaches to swallow their pride and make some tough decisions.

I am just hoping to see some kind of growth with this team. It has become tiresome watching this team struggle at the onset of our big games.
