I think the idea that you are going to draw up a new scheme and present it to the coaching staff at the University of Michigan and it will see the light of day is ... unlikely.
However here is what you are looking for, I believe:
In Safari, at least I don't get any error messages. But, it just spins and spins, never actually plays.
All I see is that "Loading" animation where the video should be...
Anyone else seen this issue?

I can't watch the video's on MGoBlue.com - I get an error about installing a plugin?
Do I just need to downgrade to another browser? Any ideas?

Just FYI I'm seeing something strange on this post:
When I am just on the home page, all the videos are wrong. Meaning, the wrong clip is showing.
When I click through the link to the post itself, the right video shows in the right place.
Lemme know if I can provide any more info.
