West Virginia's top three receivers are: Junior, Senior, Junior.
Ohio State: Sophomore, Junior, Junior
Nebraska: Junior, Sophomore, Senior
Only Nebraska has a roster with upper classmen recruited by a different coach, and in that case an argument could be made that the previous coach was better than the current, and cretainly better than Hoke.
Find me an offense where coach's players are only sophomores, the previous coach cratered the offense, and the starting QB and top receiver are out for the season.
I grew up a Michigan fan and spending two years commuting to EMU in my mid-twenties did nothing to change that. So my degree is from Eastern, but I still favor Blue and Maize over anything Green and White.
I’ve always taken the lack of minor league football competing with the NCAA as proof that the players, on average, receive appropriate compensation from the universities. Otherwise a league could be profitable by offering better compensation and luring away the talent from the schools.
I just asked a Spartan fan/grad about this issue and I think I understand his perspective. There are fans from all teams that do horrible things to other fans, and in this guys experience the non-alumni Michigan fans tend to be the worst offenders.
Additionally I think they find it frustrating to hear their school (not just football team) getting slammed by people who in many cases didn't go to college at all.
I couldn't get into Michigan and after six years in the Navy I was all set to go to MSU. All of my Sparty friends told me that if I went to MSU I couldn't stay a Wolverine fan. I told them I'd wear my Michigan gear to class.
I ended up following my future wife down to EMU so it wasn't an issue, but I always wondered what it would have been like to be a Wolverine fan and a State student.
I love Michigan and I hope all of my chrildren (3 so far) end up going to school there.
I live in the Lansing area, I'm a Michigan fan, and I did not attend Michigan (I graduated from EMU). I would have loved to have gone to Michigan, but my GPA wouldn't cooperate. I certainly don't think this means I should be stuck rooting for the Eagles. That would just be mean.

EMF's "unbelievable".

I've got sobieski in my white russian. I can't believe how cheap yet good that stuff is.
It looks to me that if Fitz follows the FB and Lewan blocks his guy, there is lots of room to run. Am I missing something?
Crashing The Dance still has them in and they are updated with yesterday's games.
I have to Google "Waka Flocka Flame".
I thought it was clear that the author thought those players were not worthy of being at Michigan on academic grounds.
In year three under Harbaugh, Stanford went 8-5 and that was his first winning season. Damn that sounds familiar.

If you Google "multicolored spiders in the castles of anarchy" this post is the first link. I'd call that a win.

Alabama (wins over PSU, Arkansas, Duke, and San Jose State) should be in front of OSU (wins over Miami, Ohio, Marshall, and EMU).
The Arkansas win alone should be enough, but each teams second best win makes it a lock for Alabama.

I'm more optimistic than that, but obviously I'm biased. Maybe this is a good reality check?
