I am shocked that ESPN predicted history to repeat itself. They always predict the same thing that happened he previous year.

I guess if you're gonna make a bullshit list you might as well go all out and make it as bullshitty as possible.

I don't think there's any problem with flipping recruits.. I read that as "flipping" with quotes indicating sarcasm as in, "flipping" aka buying recruits.

Gary. We need elite line play badly. It's been way too long. And I'm pretty stoked about our backcourt for next year already. IF YOURE READING JAYLEN WE ARE SO THIN IN THE BACKCOURT!

Shouldn't it be a sports game? If not, maybe something that's actually mildly entertaining to watch like COD or something? I'm sure it's fun to play but it's painful to watch. Also I would've expected a little later at night.

He's clearly thinking why the hell did I agree to coach this asshole up? Yelling obscenities in the library, ok. Assault rifle... eeeh ok. Stole crabs?? GTFO.
|2 weeks 2 days ago||I mean, the talent is just||
I mean, the talent is just better here plain and simple. Obviously many European guys do well here and he's a very good player, but even his own teammate says he has to change his game, and if you watch his film there's no way you can argue against his shot taking a long time to get off.
|2 weeks 2 days ago||Those aren't exactly ringing||
Those aren't exactly ringing endorsements... And personally I wasn't that impressed with his film. His shot is very slow and he's going to be playing against much better athletes who will block those shots in the US. I do fully trust Beilein though so I'm sure he'll whip him into shape.
|2 weeks 3 days ago||The only truly bad moves I||
The only truly bad moves I remember him making are over paying Mule and Howard. Franzen was somewhat understandable because the injury bug hit him right after the contract which was unforeseeable, but the Howard deal was a little optimistic. Otherwise he's just been unwilling to trade away the team's youth, and I am totally ok with that. The Wings' main problem for a long time was age, and he's certainly addressed that. We're a couple enforcers and a few less injuries away from being dominant. We saw that during the great run earlier in the year.

Harbaugh did say that earlier in the week I think. But then a few guys were wearing maize shoes in the game...
|4 weeks 11 hours ago||I've been saying that since I||
I've been saying that since I first saw the replay. At the very least it would be not enough evidence to overturn the call in a real game, but given our luck it would probably be ruled out of bounds.
|4 weeks 18 hours ago||Not arguing for or against||
Not arguing for or against Brown here, but does that really need to be shown? I see no reason why a freshman can't succeed just as well as any other guy in Beilein's offense. We've already had several do it in the last few years.
|4 weeks 18 hours ago||Even if he did pass too||
Even if he did pass too little and dribble too much, which is just not true, you can't talk about anything he did this year without considering the lack of experience or developed talent around him.
|4 weeks 18 hours ago||LeVert without question. He||
LeVert without question. He knows the system better than anyone on the team, he's good on defense which is typically the weakness of a Beilein team (this year was an anomaly), and he's a rare upper classman for us so can provide great leadership. Jaylen Brown is a one and done all the way, and one guy like that is not going to put us over the top to beat a team like Kentucky that will have five more freshmen lottery picks next year. Experience might, as Wisconsin just showed. Aside from those things, from a sheer emotional perspective, Caris is our guy and has a great story, and I hate the one and done game.
|4 weeks 1 day ago||I would actually say the||
I would actually say the opposite. We need him full strength for the end of the season a lot more than for the beginning of the season. We have tons of depth. MAAR can fill in nicely and will hopefully develop into a star in his own right next year. It would be nice to have Spike's veteran leadership and poise but we're actually going to have a more experienced team than we've had in a long time. Also hips are not something to mess around with. Think of all the people who get hip replacements who DIDN'T play college sports.

This announcer is an embarrassment to the profession. So biased towards Kentucky it's absurd.
|4 weeks 3 days ago||I think the offense just has||
I think the offense just has much less quality depth than the defense so when they get diluted into two teams they're gonna look bad. Very excited about the defense and still cautiously optimistic about the offense in spite of the showing today.

I don't see any offensive recruits committing after this...

I wouldn't be surprised at all if we have stickers this year. Harbaugh had them when he played at Michigan, and he had them when he coached at Stanford.

Where can we get a run down of all the ancillary staff hires under Harbaugh? It seems like theres been like 5 or 6 people hired for the same 2 positions.
|8 weeks 4 days ago||Those benefits are minimal at||
Those benefits are minimal at best. Why would you want a guy taking time even to scrimmage against the D if he won't even be there for the season? It would be better to put a walk on in there. At least there's a one percent chance he'll see the field. The QBs have had enough mentoring from the 5th year QB, and in Gardner's case, he unfortunately wasn't even very good even though he was a great guy off the field. Also in Gardner's case, he will have no ability to run drills without coaching supervision because the coaches are all new...

If you like jolly pumpkin and are ever in Traverse City, you've got to check out the JP on Old Mission Peninsula. It's far superior to the Ann Arbor location, and not just because it's on Lake Michigan (although it doesn't hurt!).

Not a bball scout by any means but his release on his jumper looks really slow. Maybe the high arc and his height save him from getting blocked though.
