Quality completely unknown. Always a hit or miss on Aliexpress. Only jerseys I have purchased of good quality were soccer ones. All the football jerseys were mediocre quality at best.

VPN is definitely the way to go. I have good service through Astrill VPN (recently voted best VPN service by Lifehacker.com readers). And then I'd log into BTN2GO or WatchESPN / ESPN3. The catch is that you'd still need a stateside cable provider account. I'd ask a family member or friend to share their login/password for this purpose.
+1 for New Age. Not the cleanest place, but they're fast and affordable. Went there exclusively for the 5 years I lived in AA. Defintiely the place to go if you have spiky thick Asian hair.... but not exclusive to Asian hair. Ladies there are very friendly. Ask for June.

I've always loved checking out the new Michigan hats at Motivation http://mtvtn.com/search.php?query=michigan ... looks like the 80s/90s snapbacks are coming back in style.
