I loved the little '97 styled internet message board motif they came up with. That was some nice craftsmanship. I think Mgoblog uses version 2 of that software (OOF).
Very much a programming n00b still but this has been my experience:
C++: Signed up for a traditional for credit class in my younger years. Total disaster, dropped the class a week or two in.
R: Took two classes based in R and focused on data analytics in MBA program (not Michigan) , much better result, was able to do some cool things and pick up most of the concepts, complete the assignments, etc.
Python: On second class in Python for data analytics in a Master of Accounting program (not Michigan). I much much much prefer Python to R in all facets. Syntax easier to pick up, environment (just plain ol Jupyter Notebook) much less clunky, debugging much easier, etc. etc. Perhaps it's easier to pick up because of the R experience? I don't know, I feel I would have picked it up quicker than R even starting out with Python.
I have not used either commercially, only academically. But if I had a real life project I would definitely choose Python. The project would likely be of the data analytics type, so I can't comment on something like designing a smartphone app or video game.

Baseball Prospectus used to do a feature called "A Fate Worse Than Death", in which a staffer would watch the absolute worst game they could find in a given week and report on it.
I think both the NFL and the B1G delivered this experience back-to-back this week with the Colts-Broncos game and Nebraska-Rutgers. Could there be worse games in either league awaiting us this weekend?

I think he loves contact a little too much on his designed runs and keepers. He's already taken some pretty good shots so far in limited time, and he doesn't have the frame of a Tebow/Prescott/Cam Newton type QB. Getting smushed like that over a full season of starts is our concern dude. Would like to see some runs end out of bounds or with a slide.
We did not look that great in short yardage, and would have looked way worse against a real Big 10 front. None of our backs are anything like Haskins. I would thus like to see the OrjiCat be a thing, as that's likely our best package. I would also like RGIII to announce all our games for the lulz.

I also like how those old concepts still work very well (only not against us, that sucked). I also like how they lost to us last night.
That being said, Frost is a bitch. I did feel bad for Martinez after the fact. There was no way we weren't giving up a TD on that drive if he didn't fumble the ball away.

Someone who can handle the press, AD, Athletic Department, donors, boosters, gliterati, assistants, staffing, recruiting, etc. When you think about the scope of the job, there is likely not much time left for X and O's. That being said, the #4 type should understand how to hire, retain, and develop quality assistants to handle the X's and O's and evaluate their performance.
I believe Harbaugh will not accept a pay cut, lowered buyout, etc. deal. It's a competitiveness thing. You don't accept 4 million after you collected 8 the year before. He will either bolt to the NFL for 2021, or announce an Urban-style "retirement" to put himself in the catbird seat for NFL jobs in 2022. Do some TV stuff or be an analyst for John while he bides his time.
