I'm guessing a large portion of that is covered under some form of insurance policy the club would typically take out on a deal the size of Strasburg's
I actually thought the original headline was fairly creative. It isn't commenting on anything other than his performance as coach so I don't see the problem.
I guarantee you Juwan and people and his orbit are more stung by getting fired than the Michigan Daily headline.
Exactly. Ready made starter for a P5 contender who wants to hit the draft after this year and can do that more effectively getting a big ole NIL bag to go be a starter somewhere else.
You...you do understand the point of an ambush is you wouldn't see it coming and they'd be on you with THEIR guns drawn before you have a chance to react and they'd drop you as soon as you moved to pull your gun?
Seriously, there is tons of real data reflecting this exact thing. So many gun defenders are opposed to even discussing the problem and seem to have some kind of cognitive dissonance when it comes to it.
They claim its not the guns, it's the people. Claiming mental health issues as the cause then voting for the people who not only prop up unfettered gun rights but simultaneously voting down every investment into public mental health that theoretically would support their argument and address the cause.
This is an incredibly common response to people calling for reform/bans to try and semantics them into appearing uncredible when really everyone who reads it knows what they're referring to when they say assault rifle.
2025 might be rough but we have no idea what that team even looks like at this point. This season there will be some guys who step up to where they aren't a concern for '25.
Call me crazy but I'm willing to bet these affluent billionaires are a little more plugged in to the reality of what's going on that us message board folk.
Setting aside a litany of other things, isn't it sort of alarming he has apparently been sticking to the same roadmap in the face of things CLEARLY not working the last couple years?
For me, I'd like there to at least be another game played before my focus shifts to doom and gloom. I'm basically in we'll see what happens mode until then

Well they kick off with Fresno St and Texas so it might get dicey quick
The problem is you're still gonna end up with like 500 yards
I enjoy that you stayed with the Jon Scheyer bit

Lemme stop you right there - no
The bench is the one spot I'm not worried about him testing well in.
I would not be shocked if he sniffed or beat the combine RB record of 34
You could probably argue to what extent he was a bust but I thought Braylon would do much better than he did.
They're claiming he covered up some kind of SA allegation with the hockey team and harassment with the basketball team.
Might not get the chance if today's internet smoke is true
I'm just here to watch the dumpster fire in the comments
An empty suit who hates the game he works for? Sounds like MLB commissioner to me!
To me he just comes off like a smug know it all
They're already so far out over their skis with the shit talk, 2 months removed from us winning a title.
All kinds of "our defense was better than Michigan's last year" / "they still aren't an elite program like we are" talk. Just delusional retconning.
Bitch, we've beaten you three years running including winning a national title.
Really? Is this some sort of attempt to maintain relevancy for him and the name?

I live there and Hobbs (Governor) is ending this actually
Even the table bread and oil/pepper was INCREDIBLE
They actually blocked me for repeatedly commenting things they were incorrect about lol
Can't wait until we have the Florida State Seminoles presented by the Saudi Public Investment Fund
MichiganNation2 is not a reliable source
You know what, I'll meet you halfway - when we sit down to draw up which ones go on the list, we can discuss your exceptions.
You should take a look at like every poll on stricter gun measures over the last 20+ years.
Gun control is incredibly popular amongst everyday Americans.
Like 75-80% popular.

I'm sorry, but you're definitely being obtuse.

Apparently its already been said he will only be playing football at OSU.
So what were you saying about baseball and how uninformed everyone is?
I think this is my DB pick too.
DL I've seen the Wisconsin DL guy thrown around, seems like he'd be pretty good.

Not anymore!
Only thing I had seen was something about negotiations being underway which means he's due for LA anyyyy minute now
At this rate he’s next
Nobody stays negative regardless of every situation and scenario like SalvatoreQuattro
Easy. Grew up in Ann Arbor. Dad went back and finished his degree when I was young and I went to UM preschool.
Know what's crazy? If we would've gone outside hire, you probably wouldn't even know who has the job yet let alone who the LB or DL coach is.
That's what YOU thought

Nothing matters here for another ~1-1.5 years anyways folks
For me, I'd like there to at least be another game played before my focus shifts to doom and gloom. I'm basically in we'll see what happens mode until then
California is actually pretty awesome in a ton of ways, PARTICULARLY if you have money
By all accounts Jim was trying hard to bring her to LA as well.
Good person to hang onto.
I'm also talking myself into Tress being ready to step up.
Nothing about Bair matters for two years anyways.
This is part of why I really don't want to lose either Hart/Elston to the Chargers.
Maybe he just took a significant raise for a lot less work to move to California to keep working with a guy he's very close to?
Seems entirely independent of McDonald.
Minter is going to LA with Jim.
McDonald either gets the head job in WAS/SEA or goes back to Baltimore
He's getting killed for that when at the time, a HUGE portion of the fans wanted Jim gone outright.
For the record, I don't like warde either but laying everything at his feet is just nonsense.
Everybody is just in their feels trying to make themselves feel better.
We convinced a top flight NFL coach to come back to college for a decade and he leaves after winning a title.
This is not a weird thing.
