I feel like treating Cincinatti as synonymous with all of southern ohio would be like treating Ann Arbor as synonymous with all of southern Michigan. Generalizations as large as these have the potential to be inaccurate.

Not a Huge NBA Fan

Understandable. I don't follow the NBA nearly as closely as I follow college basketball, so I haven't really seen much about Burke. It makes sense though. Competetion in the NBA is far greater than in college basketball, so I'm not too surprised that Burke hasn't been as good as he was at Michigan. Do you think that he could potentially become a top NBA player? I'm genuinely curious because of how good he was in college, but I get that college success doesn't necessarily translate to NBA success.

Trey Burke

Say, perhaps, the pistons did draft Trey Burke before. He's good, but would he have had a dramatic impact on the team? I've thought about this myself, and there are pros and cons. Thoughts?

ohh

I wondered why I had suddenly stopped seeing Jimmy Harbaugh posting on every thread. It all makes sense now!

Each time i watch it i notice

Each time i watch it i notice something new. lol it's so bizarre.

Pregame

Weirdest pregame ever, but worth the watch...

Hopefully

The worst part is that I can recall a few third and short situations where our DB's were still that far off the ball.

I agree!

I wanna see games with Alaska-Fairbanks and Ferris State again! And even though Colorado college wasn't in the CCHA, knowing that they were a real school was awesome. Sure, playing Minn and Wiscy is fun, but the CCHA and other conferences are what kept college hockey unique.

No sponsors!

Just the Cactus Bowl! Don't fall into the trap of commercializing the bowl games!

MSU Game

That one game that we never remembered and failed to show up for was the MSU game.

Nike

I have the utmost faith in Nike University!

Exactly

It's a new era of Big Ten domination, especially with Harbaugh now. Karma's coming to bite the SEC cheaters in the butt.

I like that!

That's actually a great way to look at this. Well said!

Big Ten "Unidy"

I do not like Ohio State at all, and I'm not rooting for them. But in the spirit of Big Ten "unidy" (as so eloquently stated by Spartan) I am ok with Bama losing. I'm not ok with Ohio State winning, I'm just ok with Bama losing.

Coaching

Who were our coaches those seven years? Who is our coach now? Look at our recruiting classes (minus this year) and tell me we don't have talent. We have talent, but the talent was not coached to reach their potential. Now we have coaching that can do that.

Brilliant

That was phenomenal. I could watch that on loop continuously until September 3rd!

Exactly

At the end of the day, good teams with one loss are gonna say they deserved the playoff spot. If we start telling good undefeated teams that they weren't good enough, the playoff (created to minimize complaining) would no longer be serving a purpose. Any good undefeated team from a power 5 conference should be in the playoff. The way I look at it is that if you want a spot, win your games. Otherwise, you're at the mercy of the committee.

Awkward

In the same realm of awkward as this:

Does anybody else find the

Does anybody else find the "Endorsed by Dockers, feel comfortable while you scream" amusing?

Go Bears!

Sparty definitely won't be scared, but I think Baylor has a lot to prove tomorrow. They felt they deserved a spot in the playoff, and if they want to prove that they deserved it (although it doesn't benefit them very much), they need to hammer sparty. I'm not expecting a 42-3 mashing, but don't be shocked if Sparty comes in a little too confident and falls behind early then struggles to overcome the defecit. Go Bears!

A little better than Mediocre

I think Rich Rod is a little better than "mediocre." Admittedly, his tenure at Michigan was sub-par. However, he is very good at producing efficient offenses, and right now, his Arizona team is ranked top 10. I would at the bare minimum give credit to Rich Rod for being a good coach. Not saying he is elite or even great, but he is a good coach. The man deserves a little credit, as he has some impressive accomplishments, as mentioned by other people.

Rich Rod is unimpressed

Strategy

Perhaps consuming foreign substances causes victory. Example A:

Can't forget STD MSU

And a QB

I agree, but I think the QB situation right now is a bit of an obstacle as well. Although I'm sure Harbaugh knows how crucial the QB has become to success in college football and will make it work.

JUB

I have a feeling JUB will be on it. Personally, I think that, being a relatively close friend of Harbaugh, JUB has access to a lot of info that the public would otherwise never know.

Real Punishment

If we really wanted to punish him, we'd send him to Columbus.

ESPN Halftime

If ESPN is smart, they wont have their normal College Basketball Halftime Show. Or they'll at least shorten the show, because a lot of people watching the game from home will want to watch Harbaugh address the crowd as well.

Are you sure it wasn't Urbz?

Are you sure it wasn't Urbz? Klctlc seemed relatively confident (or at the very least persistent)

It's great to be a Michigan Wolverine!

I received my acceptance notification, and it was undoubtedly the best Christmas present I could have asked for! Go Blue!
