on Labor Day from Houston will also be in prime time.
BTN usually has several prime time games as well.

would spread that time throughout the game. As it is, it took 18 minutes to play the last minute of the UM-Tennessee game because of ALL THE TIMEOUTS.
|1 week 4 days ago||Student section is approx. 21,000||
21,000 * $295 (what I've heard the 2014 price for student tickets would be) = $6.195 million.
Turn those into free tickets and you've put the athletic department at risk of running at a loss.

that the 5 year repeat violator window has closed before they bring in another school.
Or push through a bylaw change...

Just wait til they graduate and find out how sheltered they've been.
|2 weeks 5 days ago||The NCAA was not granted an antitrust exemption||
Your repeated statements to the contrary are wrong.
Take a gander at National Collegiate Athletics Association v. Regents of the University of Oklahoma, 468 U.S. 85 (1984).
Since you're too busy patting yourself on the back for your imagined genius I'll even summarize it for you.
Prior to 1984, the NCAA controlled college football television. It negotiated the contract and limited how much any one school could appear on television.
The Supreme Court held that the NCAA was subject to the Sherman Antitrust Act, and that its prohibition on individual schools or conferences making their own television deals violated said Act.
As a result, in 30 years we have gone from teams getting to play no more than 3 times a year on TV to near-riots occurring if their games aren't available while people are on vacation in China.
There are many other fallacies you've posted, but since most of them rest on your flawed statement that it is exempt from the antitrust rules, I'll go back to work.
Have a nice day.

but they can't make a legally binding commitment (or even a non binding promise) while players are being recruited or playing.

|4 weeks 4 days ago||Actually, other than basketball||
all of the other sports at Michigan have had to do their own fundraising. Other than the Crisler renovations and the PDC, all other major construction/renovation projects did not start until commitments for donations had been obtained to cover the costs (or in the case of Michigan Stadium, a plan in place to raise the money through suite and club seat sales).
I assume that if a LAX facility is going to be built, it will be funded the same way, or perhaps through the Leaders and Best fundraising program being spearheaded by the AD.
|4 weeks 6 days ago||The fact that you saw one Michigan fan do that||
proves that there are as many Michigan fans who act that way as there are in other fanbases?
Come to Columbus next November with the brightest Maize sweatshirt you can find if you really believe that. You won't by the time you leave.

|25 weeks 3 days ago||In case that was a serious question||
the minimum price under the dynamic price model is the average price per ticket for season tickets. This year it is $65 ($455/7), which, depending on the game, is anywhere between $10 and $30 below the "official" face value.
|25 weeks 6 days ago||There's another part of the rule||
that says if you play at all in the second half of the regular season you are not eligible for a medical.
Indiana was the 7th game of the year so anyone who got hurt in that game (or anytime going forward) is not eligible for a medical regardless of how many games they play.
|25 weeks 6 days ago||I was looking for Dileo in the 2nd half||
and my guess was a concussion and they took his helmet away from him. But then the folks sitting around me said they saw him limping, and Mark Snyder tweeted that he was on crutches after the game so I have no clue.

Ah the self-loathing Michigan fan. We have more of them than anyone else.

|27 weeks 3 days ago||I played center in high school||
(granted it was 25 years ago so we didn't use a lot of shotgun), but my experience was that if any of the OL felt the D was jumping the snap count, they'd get on my case to do something about it. Typically, since we were under center 90 percent of the time, that meant I'd grab the QB and tell him to stop going on 1 all the time, but if we were in shotgun I'd try to wait and extra count after lifting my head before snapping the ball. All you have to do is mix it up once or twice and the DC will tell his guys to knock it off and just wait for the ball to be snapped.
|27 weeks 3 days ago||What led to the sanctions||
was Bill Martin inviting the NCAA in to see what they could find. Had Michigan simply investigated things itself and submitted a report, I doubt anything ever would have come of it.
|27 weeks 3 days ago||the only way for the NCAA to get subpoena power||
is for it to become a government entity. Is anyone really in favor of that?
|27 weeks 3 days ago||Sure they've adjusted for it||
Mealer last year regularly varied the time from when he raised his head to when he snapped the ball.
Miller did as well.
I didn't see whether Glasgow did or not.

|28 weeks 4 days ago||that was my freshman year||
My second Jug game was a miserable rainy, cold day in 1988 where Michael Taylor broke his collarbone and the team rode the defense to a 23-7 win.
I think my next Jug game was another miserable, wet day in 2007 where we won 31-10 after spotting them a 10-0 lead.
The only Minny game with nice weather was 2011. Nice game, too.

The downside to taking him would be if the coaches decide that he's not as good as 247 seems to think he is.
