" I'll give you that he had Threet to work with, but all we heard was how they could tweak the offense to suit personnel. They didn't even try. That soured me on RR within 2 games."
You must be new here...

If you don't think most people consider sexual assault to include putting your junk in a girl's face, I'd like to know what color the sky is in your world.

I would definitely take Oklahoma and Kansas. That's a good fit, not to mention a blue blood in football and one in basketball.

In retrospect, how funny is this win:
Tyrone Willingham's Stanford team shuts out Nick Saban's Michigan State, rushes for 300 yards.

If we had added Missouri and Pittsburgh, I think that would have been a good deal.
We should have added Pitt back when we brought Penn State in and solved the whole issue then.

Ugh. The Big Ten should have invited Pitt when we picked up Penn State. Then we wouldn't have this mess with Rutgers and Maryland.

I would also submit that we were outclassed by Tennessee in 2001. Yeah, that game really was painful.
It's also debatable whether or not those USC losses in the Rose Bowl would qualify as well.

I'm excited to see Ucla on the future schedule; they were the team I otherwise would have typed.
Any Pac-12 school, especially Stanford.
Georgia/ LSU/ Auburn
Tennessee/ Florida/ South Carolina
Texas ( I like the idea of them replacing Notre Dame as our "go to" non-conference opponent)

Is it just me, or is DeLaSalle's offensive line never set for a second before the snap the ball? (Referring to the end of Boss' left tackle highlights)

Completely agree. If you choose to not call it, you are deciding the game. It's the player who makes the decision to commit the foul. Nothing in the rule book says a foul is different at different points in the game. That's what also galls me about Nebraska's getting screwed vs. Texas in the BigXII 2009 championship (1 second back on the clock). They would NEVER put a second back on the clock with 12 or 9 minutes to go. But you do it in the last minute? Unreal.

I think a lot of us need to get off our high horse. Not as far as condemning the actions of the players, which after Malzahn's apology doesn't seem to be disputed. But this "could only happen in the SEC." I think the last years' actions can illustrate that EVERY university has unsavory people and entitled athletes. We can't forget our own history. Now, if Auburn HAD indeed attempted to sweep this under the rug, condemn the university. But this is the actions of two fools, not a university in this instance. We've had fools and criminals of our own.

|1 year 18 weeks ago||This is actually a very||
This is actually a very relevant question for this game (along with the idea that holding occurs so frequently). Many people believe the success of Seattle is linked to the physicality of their defense. In this case, they are actually breaking the rule for pass interference and illegal contact more frequently than any other team -- and are more penalized than any other team. (don't believe it? Just ask a Seahawk fan).
But the refs can't call it all. They are penalized often, but their physical nature pays off. Not unlike the old NY Knicks who fouled so much you couldn't call them all. Interesting parallel. And, as Aaron Rodgers and Eli Manning and others have indicated, it doesn't appear the punishment for the over/under inflation of the footballs is truly a deterent. I believe both Green Bay and Minnesota were given a "don't do that anymore" earlier this year, but that was the extent of it.

Was fifteen years old at the time; Jerame Tuman was mine, because I loved the plays that he made. Glen Steele would have been next, because he was the only main contributor from northern Indiana, not too far away from my hometown.
