I am a huge fan of boxing and had been looking forward to this fight for years. While I agree that Manny has lost a bit, so has Mayweather. You should go back and watch some of his fights from his younger days when his right straight actually had power.
I can tell you are a big Manny fan, but to say he would have won easily is absurd, though I guess if you take a hard stance on something that objective you can try and back it up without facts.
Floyd is and was a better technical boxer, as boring as that may be, beat all of the same opponents as Manny, and has held the #1 pound for pound title per experts basically the entire time the two of them have been boxing.
Not really a fan of either, just hate when people take historic stances like that and ignore all facts.

He sent me a message last Friday on Gchat and said that the Harbaugh deal is done and they are just waiting for it to get signed. Said he heard from within the AD. If this adds anything to it, the kid put a lot of money on Harbaugh to Michigan at 8 to 1 odds.
Obviously sounds like a ridiculous statement, and I am generally not one to perpetuate such, but he is very looped in and his speak + bet seams to show he is very confident.

That said, if you take a look at the Football National Championships won by the Big 10 by decade, I think that it would show the Yost and Crisler were competing in a significantly stronger conference. BIG Football championships decade (note early years had more than one Big team share the title and multiple ties with non-BIG teams):

2. That includes room and board and is still significantly cheaper than going to comaprable options that are out of state.
I think both of you should probably sit this one out. If you actually think that is a realistic penalty you are out of your minds. The impact to the local economies, current and prospective students, and the state in general does not match the crime.

I am from North Carolina. Obviously this is very troubling, but the concept of pulling accreditation from a publicly funded University (oldest in the country) is too stupid to even consider. You are going to punish current academic students and pull the best option for cheap higher education for North Carolinians (~12K per year) due to what I admit was horrific failings in one department.
Shut down the AFAM department until you can prove it is clean. Remove accreditation for a publicly funded state institution that provides an incredible opportunity for kids all over the state to receive a top education at a reasonable price? Absurd.
I opened with App State and ended with Miss State. Can honestly say that those teams were at least entertaining to watch. Our offense was great and after a enough beers our defense was at least comical.
This years team is unwatchable. I was at the Rutgers game tailgating when I met the parents of three players (two starters). They assured me the boys were fired and going to "kick ass for Hoke." That was followed by a game I at no point had faith we could win.

Bo never won (I am prepared for neg). Michigan is scared of change, the program buried itseslf.
Zeller was getting equivalent minutes to McGary as a freshman before breaking his wrist. He returned in the ACC tournament and played a role in them winning the title.
There have been similar Kentucky teams of recent years and certainly some seriously star powered programs in the 80's and 90's prior to kids jumping to the pros. Recently the 2009 UNC team that won the national championship saw these guys go pro:
1. OSU wins, goes to the national title game where, dear lawd, B10 might get its first national title in one of the major two college sports since 2001 (so pitiful it is almost worth pulling for it).
2. OSU loses, FSU has to face Auburn/Bama and loses. SEC reigns supreme. Every god damn person from my home town continues to text message me about how the levels of football are FBS --> SEC --> NFL.
He helped as much as Maguette, which is none. Both rode the bench and we got a 1st round pick out of it, which was the reason we made the trade. Trust me, nobody was bringing in Gordon as a solution for the Bobcats.
As I listed, if it isnt next year then we get any selection you have that isnt number 1, and if you are number 1 then we get any pick the year after.
If you do not see how Dumars screwed up here, then you are just blinded. Rat.
Lasted one additional year. That is not worth a first round draft pick, especially with: 1. one of the deepest and best drafts in recent memory coming up, and 2. If your team is not improving and you are going to give up a top pick.

He is potentially worse through trades. The Pistons need to hope that they are really bad next year. Joe Dumars included this little gem when he traded Ben Gordon to the Bobcats for Corey Magguette (sidenote: saddest trade of all time): 2013 Pistons first round pick to the Bobcats (protected top 14 in 2013, top 8 in 2014, top 1 in 2015, unprotected in 2016)
Michigan has really been lacking a game-changer in the net since the departure of Mark Stone. He is generally considered the best player in Michigan Lacrosse history. He had a save percentage upwards of 80% and last I heard has been courted by numerous NLL teams.

From Greensboro. White was never going to get any burn, he was literally brought on for a worst case scenario everyone gets injured (which happened). Not a highly touted recruit, and was not recruited by any other big teams so ya he would have gotten more time on a UNC Wilmington but not on a big time team.
I think people might be overthinking this. Most freshman who are not studs do not play on elite basketball teams (at least not more than 5 to 10 minutes). I think this is a good pick up for safety purposes in case of injury, much like how UNC added Stillman White. Michigan will still be better off playing some combo of Stauskas and (yikes) Akunne.
It is almost unheard of for unranked recruits to step into a major conference and be ready to run the show at PG. I see the point that Beileins offense does not need a great PG. That is not exactly true, even at WV he had a PG whose main purpose was to initiate the offense and penetrate.
For Michigan to be elite they need a top notch PG. Burke stays and we are set, otherwise I think next year will be a plateau at best.

Not a difficult thing to figure out. Unfortunately for them you would have to track those too far into the program to graduate with general studies.
