You didn't need the /s. He really does need a year to work on his balance. Guys are too good in the NFL to be able to recover well after falling over on defense in particular. I would be concerned if I was an NFL GM. Too big of a red flag. Show some improvement and then we'll talk.

This is good if only for the fact that this staff and support staff is very good at impressing the mammas.

I really wish that slap would have made contact with an opposing player before he crossed the goal line . Could have made a great gif moment.

If he was the Penn St. fan using the handicapped seat, no one would have complained.

I don't think we will truly see the impact of his loss until the OSU game. But to say his loss is minimal is a bit of an understatement. Dude was a dude so far this season. Watson or one of the two freshmen is a major down grade from Clark.

I didn't realize until now the game clock. Gosh that makes this actually hilarious instead of just funny. I'm probably the last person to recognize that, which doesn't surprise me in the least.

Uhhhhhhhhhh Which LSU commits should we expect Harbaugh to now go after? Has that been asked yet?
|1 day 16 hours ago||How many Penn St. commits||
How many Penn St. commits should we expect to poach this class?
More seriously, are there actually any Penn St. commits that are first tier options? I've actually heard a few mentioned as potential targets, but would any be takes right now?
|1 day 16 hours ago||I've actually been pondering||
I've actually been pondering that same question. Haven't heard he committed, so I assume that can only mean good things.
|1 day 16 hours ago||This has probably already||
This has probably already been discussed, but the Noah Furbush sighting will help with depth. It's crazy to think about how good this defense could be fully healthy. If only Jeremy Clark could have avoided the tragic knee injury. Man that sucks for him.

So this is dumber than the article from a bunch of PSU folks saying they wouldnt trade James Franklin for any other coach in the universe, especially Jim Harbaugh? In the same article, they also made a statement that they would never want to sell their soul to have Jim Harbaugh as head coach. That was really dumb at the time I read it, and even worse now.
While this thread was over the top and unnecessary it doesn't make me laugh out of stupidity like that article did. It is not that stupid, no.

"Can't hit the broad side of a barn," At one point he was 8 of 8 on third down pass attempts. He can hit the broad side of a barn. Come on now.
|2 days 15 hours ago||Thank you. Some of you guys||
Thank you. Some of you guys need to chill with the Hoke jabs. He is a much better fit in his current position than as a head coach. Oregon's defense should continue to improve.
|2 days 17 hours ago||The way the injury happened,||
The way the injury happened, at least in my opinion, there was a good chance it was going to happen regardless on a different play. Knee ligaments can damage over time to where eventually they just snap.
I am no doctor, but one of my buddies I played soccer with tore his ACL while playing on a similar non-contact move. His doctor informed him that there was scared tissue all over from his extensive years of playing soccer, and that it was just a matter of time before it happenned. I wouldn't be surprised if Jeremy Clark's injury was similar given the perceived lack of torque on the knee from what I could tell.
But then again, that's just like my opinion, man.
Feel bad for Jeremy. He was having an incredible season that was probably going to result in a decent draft pick. Hopefully if he doesn't get his 6th that at least he can have a full recovery and can start where he left off playing in the NFL.

He needs to get his shoulder fixed then I I think that will be fixed. He was near perfect in those short throws before he was drilled in the shoulder.

I thought Manningham had like 8 touchdowns himself at South Bend? I don't remember the same thing you remember.

|4 days 13 hours ago||Put this into context. PSU||
Put this into context. PSU just "recognized" Paterno at their most recent football game. And They're crying for their statue back.
We still can't figure out whether or not we should recognize the Fab 5 for their accomplishments almost 25 years ago for something that didn't involve any criminal activity whatsoever.
If PSU can celebrate Paterno, I have no issues celebrating the Fab 5. In fact it just pisses me off that much more that that trash school isn't getting booted out of the Big 10.
I'm at least proud of the University for making this situation a much bigger deal than Penn St is even making the child sex scandal that took place at their university for decades. Shows the integrity and ethical code of the University is very strong, which is something to be thankful for.
I just thought of all that while reading this thread, and it blew my mind enough that I felt like sharing. Perspective, man.

|4 days 23 hours ago||That's because it's a mental||
That's because it's a mental disease/illness. Something in the brain finds that activity stimulating, which is hard to put to rest. I'm no doctor or psychologist, but the brain can be seriously damaged or messed up for whatever reasons, and once the brain/body is trained to act or see things a particular way, it's hard to undo them. I've had various "brain illnesses" or whatever you want to call them in my past, be it depression or addiction of some sort, and it took a lot of effort and desire for change to move past it.
It's an illness that needs to be treated properly is all I'm saying. I hope Enis realizes what is really going on here and can find that push to get the help he needs and commit to it.

Not gonna lie, the Drevno stiff arm had me laughing out loud while waiting at Walgreens. I remember his celebration where he was flailing his arms around, but the Drevno part was fantastic. This post was an excellent time waster.
