God bless our incredible armed forces. Love this.

Yeah D was a massive disappointment yesterday. Mone, Oje, Glasgow = major losses but even with them in I see OSU gashing us repeatedly.
Upgrades at DL, LB, RB, QB and OL incoming.

The glaring hole today was on the DL man. LB too, but mostly DL. Not much we can do when our best two noses are out. Wouldn't have won the game for us, but bottom line we need a facelift across the board in terms of talent. QB, RB, LB, WR especially. Gotta give JH some time.

How Sparty held this Buckeye team to 14 on the road will be one of life's great mysteries for the next half decade.

Beilein is a great coach, and he gets a lot of out of his players, but he has vastly underwhelmed in his recruiting the last 3 years. Simple as that. Just awful rebounding and if the 3s aren't falling, it's a loss. Team is going to struggle mightily this year.

Bless you little one. Your star shone bright and we will all bask in the afterglow for years.

Shit you scared me. I read "Cook" and thought you meant Brian Cook was out for the season... That said, I wonder if deep down Brian is conflicted by wanting Sparty to lose but secretly rooting for Connor Cook since all Cook's gotta pull for each other. Kind of like me with Tom Brady when the Lions play the Patriots.

As I get older my instincts are rarely wrong any more. There was something definitely going on in this game beyond what we saw on the field. Either (a) Meyer chose the lamest game plan ever to try and save all of the fireworks for us this week, or (b) Meyer has decided he wants to coach elsewhere (which makes no sense unless he genuinely fears Harbaugh) and has checked out mentally. My guess is it's (a).

The Glasgow injury spells doom for the rest of the year given that's our third major D line injury this year, and he happens to be a beast. We'll lose a close one to PSU and get worn down by OSU, but 8-4 is a solid first season for JH especially with how he's molded Rudock and made do with the parts given him.
|2 weeks 1 day ago||My snowflake is the season is||
My snowflake is the season is over. The Glasgow injury is massive. With him, Mone and Ojemudia out, and as thin as the line is, and how poorly we play on the road, this is a comfortable loss vs PSU and OSU.
8-5. About what we expected for the first year. Not bad. Just hope it's enough to keep 5 star recruits sticky.
|2 weeks 6 days ago||This is a good topic. What||
This is a good topic. What if Harbaugh caught wind that UM fans despise Crean? It's kind of like the icky feeling we all get when we realize that MSU fans also root for our beloved Tigers/Lions/Pistons, etc.
Just odd, and conflicted and all weird feeling inside, smelling of cabbage.

"Little bro" for MSU will never go away. It will be here for centuries because it is just, absolutely perfect on so many levels. Even the MSU retort "little sister" is a nod to the perfection of "little brother." Don't have an original thought when your big brother can have it for you and you can spin it. But spin it you must, to evidence just how much that original thought gets under your skin...
Michigan is clearly re-emerging and the sun is now beginning to set on MSU's fleeting flail at cracking the glass ceiling that only one program in this state can transcend (playing for national championships). Especially given the likelihood another Connor Cook won't be wearing green and white any time soon. Thus, the words "little bro" shall continue to issue forth from my lips without a care in the world when referring to MSU coaches, players and fans.

Because we'll be climbing too? Lots of teams are going to start tumbling now with massive head to head battles like Bama LSU TCU Baylor Oklahoma, etc.
|3 weeks 5 days ago||Am I the only one that||
Am I the only one that watched that Minnesota game? Rudock is going to have to show a massive leap that we all know is highly unlikely for any of this to even be feasible. We do play well vs OSU though... but I'll stick to reality and keep these dreams in my pants rather than a 100 post thread.
|3 weeks 6 days ago||Personally I found this game||
Personally I found this game nauseaous to watch. Almost every break was against us, we played poorly, and we made a bad team look a lot better than they were. I'm going to watch your vids to see if this game goes down easy now the second time thanks to the win.
|3 weeks 6 days ago||i don't know, this little||
i don't know, this little thing called "standards" perhaps? you know, the thing we all personally measure against to strive for excellence? this is a high quality blog, and shooing away shit threads like this is the equivalent of reaching down to pick up a wrapper some passerby dropped on the lawn so we can keep it clean.

Midway through the fourth Q I started wondering if we were cursed. I mean, EVERY single break was going against us. It was unrelenting. Had never seen anything like it. Then the Peppers muff in the endzone breaks our way and I could breath. Then Spieth and the goal line stand... thank god.
Regardless, that was a HIDEOUS game to watch as an M fan. We crush that team 9 out of 10 times and this was that 1 out of 10...
Between the end two weeks ago, and this game, it is all uphill for this program. Glad it's behind us and we squeaked out a Q.

Your useless post was better than my useless post. For that I neg you as a sign of respect.
|5 weeks 4 days ago||i feel you bro but the brain||
i feel you bro but the brain is weird. objectively look at 2 games.
game 1 (last year) - get crushed by big rival. they are clearly the better team.
game 2 (this year) - lose to big rival on a fluke, but the game shows that this rival is no longer clearly the better team, and all signs point to your team quickly becoming better in years to come.
odd that 2 is so much more soul crushing even though on the grander scheme so much good came out of it relative to the misery of last year.
poop it out man, poop it out. future is bright.

|5 weeks 4 days ago||I only counted four "a little||
I only counted four "a little bits" in the article. Expected at least 10. SI obviously clipped off all of the "Wellllls" that he assuredly started every sentence with.
Like the guy, but shouldn't have ever been hired as our coach. Dave Brandon was such a dick and bumbled the RR firing so much that seems like Hoke was sadly the best option at the time.
All in all the only two things I thank Hoke for are being loyal to Michigan and being incompetent and getting fired at the perfect time when Harbaugh was available.

I remember when social media suddenly offered the chance for people of all ages to interact in ways never before, and thought that was cool. I'd play World of Warcraft knowing I was playing with guys in their 50s and kids in their teens and thought it was pretty neat that there was a medium that harmlessly brought people of all ages together where normally you'd never see such interaction.
Fully rescind this now. Social media needs to be divided into the a 21 and over crowd and a 20 and under crowd, and sometimes I feel the same way about this forum.
Too many children without enough life experience to realize they aren't as special as mommy told them they were, who's heads are so far up their asses that when they post something thinking they just stumbled on a great new revelation for mankind, or in this case Michigan fandom, they don't realize they just joining the tired, revolving script of sheep posting the same typical gibberish season after season, year after year.

Thank goodness you're here to monitor our logic and fact stretching Jon Ross. It's very important that Michigan fans view Urban Meyer as the good guy you know he is after all. For such a fairhanded fellow there can be no doubt you're also doing the same thing keeping the lunacy of your monkeys on 11W in check when they twist every last thing about Michigan? God bless you.
