Not at all. It's not a light switch. Michigan will not be a perennial BIG contender every single year, overnight. Building a program takes time. Look at the 2-deep. How many are 1st, 2nd or 3rd year players?
Hoke wants to play the style that Michigan State is currently playing. Dantonio has a 7-year head start on Hoke. Hoke is also dealing with players recruited for a much different offense. It takes time. I think it was Rick Petino that talked about the "microwave" culture of athletics today and that people want things fixed NOW. It doesn't work that way.
Dan Enos - Current head coach of CMU was the QB/RB coach for Dantonio for years, both at Cincy and MSU. He is friends with the entire MSU staff that Dantonio has retained for years as well (for the most part).

This team (this season) just isn't very good. Period. Throwing the offensive staff under the bus will do nothing.
