|28 weeks 4 days ago||34-20 Michigan||
Michigan's offense struggles to get it in the endzone early on, and Indiana comes out hot. Fortunes reverse, however, as Rudock & Co. find their groove, and the Wolverine's D adjusts to shut down the Hoosiers.
|30 weeks 1 day ago||So many||
So many of those 3rd down conversions by Minnesota were totally fluky or just perfectly executed. Gotta hand it to the Gophers, they played with heart. I kinda thought we'd have a fight on our hands with Kill retiring last week.
But the Michigan defense did not look lost in this game, even when they were getting beaten by a hair.
|30 weeks 1 day ago||Peppers=Tom Harmon 2.0||
Yeah. It could happen.
|30 weeks 2 days ago||I would have||
I would have been happy to take a win like this two weeks ago. Haha.
|30 weeks 2 days ago||Nothing||
Nothing is as bad as Bellomy at Nebraska. Nebraska basically changed their whole defensive game plan because they knew he wasn't going to complete a pass. Speight moved around in the pocket, got flushed out a couple times, but kept his feet under him. Just took him a couple drives to find his rhythm.

No, they are not.
|32 weeks 5 days ago||My list||
Devin/Denard. Definitely. But especially Devin Gardner. Wish this was his 5th year instead of last year.
Devin Funchess (aka the other Devin)
Tate Forcier (not sure if he'd have lasted with is attitude, but if anyone could have straightened him out . . .)
Brandon Graham. He was a monster, and I guess not exactly "underused," but in a fully functioning non-3-3-5 defense . . . wowza.
Steven Threet? Um . . . yeah, he didn't function well in the spread option, but methinks he could have been good under Harbaugh.
|32 weeks 6 days ago||I don't think . . .||
I don't think the defensive debacle was due to anything inherent in the 3-3-5 defensive scheme. It was that GERG had never run a 3-3-5 and did not know how to run a 3-3-5. And RR, instead of letting GERG run whatever he was comfortable and most familiar with, because all of his other indespensible staff were 3-3-5 guys, forced GERG to run it. Result was massive confusion and sad kittens.

The BTN mobile app streaming STINKS!!!!! It showed me the same 30 seconds of marching band about 5 times. I'm probably 10 minutes away from being actually "LIVE" right now.

1) Score points
|33 weeks 4 days ago||20-16||
|35 weeks 2 days ago||Utes just made it . . .||
Just made it 62-13. These guys are looking like a top 5 team. I think they could play anyone at this point.

I was pulling for OSU to beat Alabama just because I'm so sick of hearing how "the SEC is so elite no one can compete," but no way I want to see them win it all.
Seeing 'Bama and Auburn both go down to BIG was pretty sweet though . . .
|1 year 34 weeks ago||Of course||
Yeah, of course they are given media training . . . but that doesn't diminish the fact that they represent well, and intelligently. Because ya know . . . "everyone kills people, murders people, steals from you, steals from me, whatever."

|1 year 36 weeks ago||I just can't believe . . .||
. . . that we actually have a quarterback controversy between a sophmore and a 5th year senior wearing Tom Harmon's number on his jersey.
|1 year 37 weeks ago||Thanks||
This vindicates my initial impression that apart from coverage, Michigan's defense did not play incredibly poorly. ANY game at all from our offense gives us a chance to win.
|1 year 38 weeks ago||Am I the only one||
. . . who isn't incredibly upset about the defensive play? Considering having our third stringers out there in the secondary. I put this one on the offense. If the offense makes it a game, takes pressure off the D, probably concede 24 and chance to win it. But when you turn the ball over 4 times and miss 2 FG, no chance. Also did not like those draw plays on 3 and long.
|2 years 20 weeks ago||Um . . .||
Gonna go with Shane Morris. Kid looked sharp. Can't wait to see how he'll look after a couple years of Nussmeier's tutelage.
|2 years 25 weeks ago||Funny . . .||
But probably true. At least partly.
|2 years 25 weeks ago||Hey||
Blech browser double posted.
|2 years 25 weeks ago||Hey||
I have no problem with little brother getting a few now and then. Especially if it results in Ohio defeat. I really don't like Dantonio, but congrats to the kids.
|2 years 25 weeks ago||True||
But what about instant classics against OSU? Gotta dig deep for that. 1997, I guess?
|2 years 25 weeks ago||Hmmmm||
I am still pretty down on Borges. I think you play to win every game. But a very strong showing in the bowl could change my mind, I suppose.
|2 years 26 weeks ago||Mad props||
For Brian and the MGoBlog. You make the football season that much more enjoyable for all of us.
|2 years 26 weeks ago||That hurdle||
|2 years 26 weeks ago||Stood the whole game||
In section 26 row 30-ish. Yelled my head off for every defensive play too. Atmosphere was awesome.
|2 years 26 weeks ago||No.||
I think Al needs to go. He can't wait until The Game every time to call a decent game.
|2 years 26 weeks ago||Yeah||
There is that as well.
|2 years 26 weeks ago||Didn't agree||
With the call to go for two. Well, I was okay with it if we could catch them off guard, but after they have a TO to set up. No. However . . . if the players called it, then I guess it's forgivable.
