With Mattison coaching them up, I predict a leap for:
1) Kenny Demens - We've all seen flashes of good play, but I think Mattison brings out the beast in him.
2) Carvin Johnson - Tough kid with football smarts. He should be a heavy hitter if he stays healthy.
3) Craig Roh - Finally the breakout monster year we've been waiting on.

Thanks to everyone who responded. I too hate the dreaded (insert name here) tore up the spring game threads, so no worries there. I will definately try to stop by the MGoTailgate if I dont do anything else. Really excited to get up there and check out how the stadium looks. I was at the PSU game last year so I saw some of the renovations and am really excited to see the progress that has been made. Thanks again to all the posters who responded (kindly) as your advice is greatly appreciated. Go Blue!

It appeared as though if Michigan got within five feet of clausen, he'd just chuck it out of bounds. That could be the "pressure" the OP is referring to. It seemed that he had a lot of time in the pocket, but when Michigan defenders did get semi-close, he would throw it way out of bounds as opposed to scrambling, etc.
Just an observation, I could be wrong.

Stick it to the man! And, for the record, if SI hired this turd as a contributor, I not only will quit reading SI and SI.com, I will immediately cancel all fantasy leagues and anything else having to do with SI.
Anyone who would hire this hack from the FreeP gets no respect from me.
Keep fighting the good fight Brian, and as always, Go Blue!

Cheer as lously from your seats? That may be the dumbest thing ever. If you dont want to stand up, or if people standing up bothers you, here is a fool-proof remedy:
STAY THE HELL HOME!
We don't need your type of "fan" at the Big House. Do us all a favor and move to Columbus.
|5 years 47 weeks ago||Agreed||
What those assholes need to remember is that many of these players are still very young men. 18, 19, 20 year olds dominate our roster. The last thing they need is to feel that the fans are against them as the media has been. I live in Virginia, so obviously I won't be in attendance, but you can bet Rich Rod and the boys will get a standing o in my living room.

He also picked Notre Dame to be the favorite in the BCS national championship game vs. Florida. Everything about Lou Holtz makes me want to vomit glass shards through my nose. Hate that guy.
|5 years 47 weeks ago||Support?||
How about going to the game and actually makin it sound like there are 110,000+ fans there. Like Coach said, go "all in for Michigan". People are always going to hate on Michigan because success breeds jealousy. The way to shut them up? Go cheer your team on and win some damn ballgames. Winners don't have to answer stupid questions from illiterate jerks (FreeP reporters, I'm lookin at YOU). Michigan wins, Michigan fans win, Coach Rodriguez wins. Simple as that. Let the play on the field do the talking.

Seems to me that if these allegations are found to be false, that the FreeP and Rosendouche should have to make amends or reparations somehow. I mean, seriously, if that were not the case, then any newspaper could write whatever bullshit they wanted with no fear of penalty. Wouldn't this be borderline libel against Rich Rod?

His first game at the Big House will be unreal to him no matter what you see. I live in Virginia (formerly lived in the worst state ever) and I always go to 1 game a year. My first time at Michigan stadium was in 2000 and I was 23 but was as giddy as an 11 year old. No matter what you do, nothing will outdo the look on his face when he walks up the ramp and into the greatness that is the Big House. Priceless. Enjoy the game and, as always, Go Blue!
|5 years 48 weeks ago||Ridiculous||
When you're "The Leaders and Best", people love to prey on you when you're down. It's all cyclical though. Remember how dominant Oklahoma was when Switzer was there? When he left, they went to crap until Stoops arrived. Same thing with USC prior to Pete Carroll.
This will all be an afterthought in another season or two when RichRod catapults Michigan pack to its lofty perch.
Sorry if I'm rambling, but I am sick of hearing that the WINNINGEST program in college football history is doomed to suck forever.
F*** Ohio State.

This may be the funniest thing I have ever read. Kudos to you, sir.

Long live Bo's spirit at the Big House. Maybe he can guide us to a few more victories this year. Hail!
|5 years 48 weeks ago||Love it.||
Great shirt 6-0. Best one yet. 5 stars all the way. Go Blue!

You should put Jansen's quote somewhere on there. I also liked the "75% of the Earth is covered..." quote. Awesome shirt!
