The players get to have fun for a week in Florida, celebrate their season of hard work done in the classroom and on the field, and play an exhibition game, which at the end of the day doesn't mean much. If it was the Rose Bowl or National Championship I'd want to remember Michigan wearing something more traditional. This isn't, so I'm cool with whatever, as long as the players enjoy it.

I used to hate any changes, but now I'm at the point where I can live with a couple alternates given two conditions. 1) are the players excited about wearing them? and 2) is the team recognizable on tv? I wasn't a fan of may of the alts so far, the UTL being the exception, but there was never any doubt watching the games who was playing. The brand remains strong. On top of this, Denard was quoted as being really excited about wearing these so I don't see any problems.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him make a few throws from there this season either.  Also, fantastic news about Norfleet after all the suffering on special teams over the past few years.
37 weeks 5 days ago	I think in general the	I think in general the internet has changed the game, and made the job of the head coach significantly tougher. Instead of simply being able to handle things "in house" so to speak, the public gets to make a snap judgment about what should happen when athletes inevitably mess up. The instant they so much as gets a parking ticket, it's on twitter, message boards, etc. It seems today that the only thing we don't know is what happens behind closed doors, at practices and team meetings, and as such the public is led on to speculate endlessly on what should happen based on limited information.

38 weeks 2 days ago	Definitely going to be some	Definitely going to be some bugs to work out with this... So if I don't have a smartphone,  have to wait in a super long line to use the ipad and end up being too late am I out of luck?  And personally, I hope that they don't determine seating this way. Not all students are able to make it to every basketball/hockey/ other weekday sporting event due to coursework.  That being said, it's a good idea, and I'm sure they'll use this year to tweak it and make positive changes down the road
