I honestly only care about beating MSU and OSU. It's been too long. I don't think we can beat Nebraska yet, and Iowa and Illinois are toss up games. I will be completely happy with 9-3 if we beat MSU and OSU.
There is no way Duke, and UNC leave the ACC. Forget about football, the ACC is a basketball powerhouse. There is no way the state of North Carolina allows the break up of UNC, and Duke from NC State, and Wake Forrest.
I like your progressive thought process, but a more likely scenario would be to bring in teams from the Northeast, Mid Atlantic, and Midwest, not the Southeast.
I think Campbell will have a great year, if he stays healthy. Van Bergen, Martin, Campbell, and Roh on the D-line will improve or defense exponentially this year.
I think awarding the best WR, and DB with the number 1 and 2 is a great idea. It gives the young players something to strive for. It's another example of Hoke's plan to bring back the great tradition that is Michigan football.

Couldn't have said it better myself.
I'm glad someone said it.
I don't get it.
I know Denard's not that big into hype, but I hope he sees this.
