I don't know about totally ruling out the last two... My dad and sister were varsity athletes at Ohio, but I still hated them as a kid. Not saying he hates Ohio, just that it's possible.
I don't want to in any way talk bad about any recruits, but Chris Rock has a way to go before he can contribute in D-I college football. I play for Bishop Watterson, and our offensive gameplan was largely based around going straight at him. He has the size and strength, but he takes a lot of plays off and doesn't have much intensity. Hopefully that will all change soon. I will say that he is a really nice guy, high character, and is very funny.
Seasoned sophomores are still sophomores. We do have some juniors and seniors, but most teams have more. Also, most backups are freshmen and sophomores.
Pardon me sir, but how exactly is our offense not good? So we didn't score tons of points in a half against an excellent defense. So what? All offenses get slowed down. We are indeed young, and we didn't execute perfectly. That is all.
Denard also is one of the most likeable players in college football (or sports in general for that matter). He is always smiling, also respectful, very nice guy. It's tough to root against a guy like that and very easy to root for him, even if you aren't a Michigan fan.
I'm hoping this turns out to be a blessing in disguise, with Hopkins/Cox/Smith breaking out with a big game. Would have loved to see more Toussaint though, as running through gaping holes doesn't show a whole lot.
If the linebackers show some improvement and play solidly against the run, we will be able to focus a bit more on the pass. Our defense will go as our lbs go, which will probably be true most of the season. DL is solid and secondary is porous. Good lb play will allow us to mask our deficiencies aginst the pass
not to hurdle the defender anyway. My coaches always told me to keep my feet, because its tough to get more yardage when you don't have your feet on the ground.
It seems like Denard puts himself in a position where it is difficult to get a clean shot at him. Greg Jones probably won't be able to "put a hurt" on Denard even if he does catch him.
I would guess that coaches of other sports would be reluctant to give up scholarships. most of the other sports (other than basketball) have few scholarships, and they would like to save them if possible.

Live at MSG in 1973, my favorite solo hands down.

Now that seems like an unfair comparison. How can you expect him to live up to that?
As an out of stater, I wouldn't be so terribly upset to have a much better chance of gaining admission. That would suck for the M residents though.

Hart has said he will probably wait now and finish out HS
You mean the game where you get negged into oblivion for trolling, right?
Yeah, that is fun!
Demar Dorsey was cleared by the NCAA. He could not play for UM because he never actually applied, so the admissions office AT UM did not let him in.
OWI is no big deal! Just because he could kill someone, which, by the way, happens ALL THE TIME, it really is no big deal, right?
I realize Michigan has had players arrested for drunk driving, but implying that it is not serious is ludicrous.
Thank you Captain Obvious!
sorry I've been wanting to do that

We had a bad half!!! That doesn't mean we have a bad offense!!!

35-31 Michigan
I bet we break it this week. Then again, I said that last week as well
Looks like our guys are all in. Really good to see
I actually have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are in alphabetical order like they should be.
The angry michigan secondary hating god has removed all of our swagger
You really want to lose to Iowa and Purdue? Why?

Living in columbus, I get that ALL THE TIME. Somehow, though, they think Pryor is still better.
Gotta cut down on those penalties
Maybe the wind will keep us from attempting field goals at all.
I'd be blacked out by kickoff. But maybe that wouldn't be such a bad thing compared to listening to Pammy
I decided to break out some hot apple cider, which I am currently drinking in my backyard by the TV.
I sure hope Denard doesn't go missing-- I don't know what we would do!

disappointed when Boise st. played TCU last year, as opposed to each playing a BCS conference team. We didn't really learn much about either one

He's just making sure he doesn't want to go to Bama right?
Right?
Maybe its because his intials are PP
Pam Ward should be immediately replaced by an actual member of the human race.
If Rod was Belichick, Denard would be a game-day decision
Maybe a bit surprised its 13.5, but I didn't think it would be much under 10. That said, winning by 2 TDs seems pretty reasonable
denard got so excited he was flying away, and lewan is merely holding him down
great info as always. just keep winning
thanks for the insider info. i hope we all can celebrate with "peace pipes" this saturday
just incredible man. wow perfect especially the heisman pose
