I'll be watching from 29 floors up in BKLN. . . thawed a chicken today to roast tomorrow. Got a fride full of beer, although wouldn't mind braving the walk to the local beer garden. Bars that stay open during a storm (hurricane or nor'easter) are automatic 5 star yelp reviews. What else are you gonna do when you're restricted to foot traffic?
Last year i used an iPhone radio app (Wunder Radio) to listen to the games. Due to most stations in the local Ann Arbor area blacking out their internet streams on game day (ie, 1050 AM, 104.3 FM) it was difficult to find a station that broadcast the game online. I think MGoBlue has exclusive rights to the online broadcast. But I finally found one from Toledo that did (SuperTalk 1560 AM). I tried to tune into that same station while I was in Colorado for a wedding but it was not covering the game anymore. Anyone know of a radio station that broadcasts the game online?
Detroit techno is coming to Cambridge, MA tonight. Juan Atkins will be spinning. No date for me. So yes, having drinks on a Sunday and then heading to see one of the best Detroit-produced DJ's.
I second the netbook; it was a great (and inexpensive) purchase. And when I'm home, I just hook it up to my TV and turn on the wireless keyboard and mouse. 40 in monitor, there you have it.
I won the Heisman '08 with Threet. Also, Toney Clemons stuck around to win the Heisman in '09 for me. Warren went pro after his junior year. So this proves the accuracy of the game.
What does the chick who has to smell the guy's pits on the dirtbike jump Axe commercial put on her resume?
Armpit-Smelling Reporter - Axe Body Spray commercial 2010
The Slowski's pop up on my TV every once in a while. I always found it interesting that Comcast puts out such poor quality commercials (non-HD, poor sound, etc.) on their OWN service.
Doesn't Cal cover up the corner sections of the endzones with huge tarps to perhaps hide the fact that they can't sell out the stadium as is?
Maybe some of that money is going towards earthquake proofing too. I think I recall it sitting right on a fault line and slowly getting pulled apart.
Restricted internet access. No access to sports, shopping, social networking, travel sites, etc. In that context, if I didn't have access to this site the internet at work would be useless.
I survived the season listening to the games on a radio app on my phone.
I think a lot of people understand the rivalry, considering it is usually hailed as the greatest rivalry in all of sports...especially at least college football.
A school with no history is forced to create its own by changing the logo and manipulating its football uniform repeatedly. White stripe on the helmet, remove the white stripe, bring back the white stripe, S on the helment, spartan head on the helmet, Michigan State on the uni, STATE on the uni, Michigan State on the uni...
Well, just a second there, professor. We, uh, we fixed the "glitch". So he won't be receiving a paycheck anymore, so it'll just work itself out naturally.
I think the TSA people have the biggest power trips of anyone out there. Border officials at the US-Canadian border are a close second. But c'mon, picking on an innocent girl?
Asshole.
My friend called me tonight (before the game) because she was afraid I was slipping into a depression. Throughout the first half I thought she was crazy for suggesting such hogwash. But now I see she is simply an oracle who has correctly predicted the outcome of the rest of my mood for the season.
I learned that in the History of The University of Michigan course at UM. One of the exams entailed a walking tour of the university and being quized on photos of certain landmarks. At least I shacked up with a girl in that class. Do they still offer that?

Really bummed about the end...
Where's your hospital band?
Not camouflage. Houndstooth in honor of Bear Bryant (fedora hat).
I'm planning on checking out the Brooklyn locale too. . .

...and the midfield M should be facing the pressbox.
