You are apparently stating that (1) you want Miles to come to M and (2) therefore, you hope that this guy you want to coach at M lied to high school recruits about his plans.
If you are an undergraduate student, unless you're in B-school or an athlete, you get nothing. An unfortunate problem with Michigan that doesn't seem to end.
What did he say about Bryant (other than his knee being drained)? I'd be very excited if he won the job through great play, as opposed to Braden losing the job because he is more of a tackle.
Unfortunately, wrong. By no stretch of the imagination was Steve Smith an adequate passer. I was there. I do agree with you that if we had a better passer during AC's last two years, who knows how great his records would be?
...notning. Al Del Greco, who later played for the Packers kicked three field goals. That was it. Auburn let Markray catch that late ball and run out of time. But, beating Ohio in A2 that season was great!
BTW, virtually no one other than Michigan and Auburn fans watched the game because at the same time was Miani's famous upset of Nebraska (when Nebraskia was considered possibly lthe greatest college team ever and went for two instead of one to tie and become the nat'l champ).
And you're totally right. Also, Cal. is renovating its stadium this year and all home games will be played at AT&T Park in SF (where the Giants play; wonderful stad\ium for baseball, not football). So, when he visits Cal, it won't be for an on-campus game. Even if it was on-campus, the football atmosphere doesn't compare to A2. That being said, Cal's a great school, with a beautiful campus.

Arsenal haven't choked. They don't spend the money that ManU, Chelsea and ManCity spend and, therefore, don't have the depth to handle the last third of the season with injuries, suspensions and the increased number of matches. Don't confuse lack of depth with choking.
1. Have you ever heard of someone giving free guest NCG tickets to a used car salesman that sold him the vehicle for market price? Didn't think so.
2. Have you ever heard of someone from Maryland or more than 200 miles away in Pennsylvania buying a used car from someone in Ohio for market price? Didn't think so.
I agree with Togaroga. Do you have *reason* for "no" or is it obvious to someone like you who attended a beter university than me? (I merely attended the University of Michigan.)
If DB wants Harbaugh or a top notch D coordinator, we should pay whatever is required. If Bama can pay a fortune to Saban and his coordinators, why not M? We have lots of rich alumni, the seventh largest university endowment, the football program pays for itself, etc. I would be embarassed if we didn't get someone we really wanted over money. Also, i cringe every time I hear that OSU has the best facilities in the Big Ten.
We are a big time monied universtiy, so let's step up if he have to!

1. Does GERG go or the entire defensive staff? If just GERG, will M be able to get a top notch coordinator if he can't pick his own staff.
!A. assuming the new coordinator picks is own staff, this means that the position coaches will be gone. Because the position coaches recruit most of the players, will we lose recruits as a result of this?
2. When does M make the move? I would like us to use our 15 bowl practices to get ready for next year, but I doubt he can get a top-notch coordinator before the end of the bowl period.

Another softie staying.
Fact: If you're going to spring for a cabinet, you're gonna go big with the 27 inch screen. Just sayin'.
Exactly right. That's the difference.
Good comparison. BTW, Brian, you really would have enjoyed those days; National Championship, beating OSU pretty much every year for a decade....
Fitz didn't forget how to run and go from a 1000 yard rusher to crap. Something else impacted him....
And happy Passover to Steve Ross.
Asshole comment
And, unfortunately, Chris Clark will probably agree as well.

Maybe you were being sarcastic. I hope so.

That hurt.

Dennis and Denard are different. Dennis was the epitome of the overused "sublime." So many sublime goals. Here is possiblly his most famous one:

Very subtle. I don't know whether everyone else missed it or just avoided it.
I've lived in SF since 1990 and Serth is exactly right.
you're a friggin' idiot.

Is it a watermelon, lime, or something else?

WTF that he couldn't get ahold of anyone so that he could attend M's camp?
Does anyone know how I can download directly from WTKA's site and get the oodcast into itunes (so I can then transfer it to my ipod)?
Sorry for the lameness and TIA.
Four of the top 16 linebackers. Amazing!
also a holding midfielder. Song is inconsistent and they've not had a good one since Flamini.
BUT, see my comment above. During the Fulham match today, the Arsenal supporters chanted "spend some money."

same as the old normal.

GERG for continuity?

When I was there, 1980-1984, it was at Lorch Hall.

Yes, very classy...Woody (the epitome of unclassy) must be rolling over in his grave.
