Great topic. I’m fortunate to have great friends who are members at Indianwood, Warwick Hills, and Wyndgate, so those are always a treat.
I make sure to play Forest Dunes at least once a year - great course. Played the Loop last fall too, but it was a little different, even though we knew that going in. I’ll probably give it another shot this summer. Curious if anyone really enjoyed the Loop?
Black Lake is another good one that I haven’t seen mentioned yet.
Our spring trip is to the UP for Greywalls this year. Really excited about that one. Just hoping Marquette weather in mid-May is halfway decent.
As someone who grew up attending the Buick Open, this is music to my ears. Don’t forget Warwick Hills will also host a Champions Tour event this year (September, I believe).
Great season and provided a lot of good memories, but stings like a mother.
Hope the returning players and coaches learn from it and get after it the next few years. No reason this group can’t get it done sooner rather than later.
Posted in another thread, but Lucky enough that the in laws have a bottle of JW blue label thats all mine for the taking. Victory scotch is the best. Especially when it’s great scotch.
If anyone is still looking, I have 2 on the spreadsheet. PU was supposed to be our road trip this year, but they moved my son's parents day game to Saturday.
If that Chris Hinton is his dad, he was a really good player. Think he was part of the Elway deal/trade in the draft that year. Good 30 for 30 on that.
