Depends on scheme and playcall.  But having 2 cover corners gives you the freedom to call plays you would hesitate calling with one cover corner.

I hope you are trying to make a point and don't really see those two things as the same.  Anyone who has had more than 1 beer and driven on multiple occasions has more than likely driven above the legal limit at one time.   They just were lucky enough not to get caught.  I'm not saying drinking and driving is OK.  I just think people who haven't taken a breathelizer don't realize how little .08 is.

The offense has had 15 practices.  I'm pretty sure they will get better with more practice.  I know that's obvious but it seems some people are just overlooking this fact.

How could this year be more terrifying than 2008?  Changing RR's offense for SDSU's offense is far easier than changing a pro style to a read option attack.

The North Carolina- timeout game was in the final four.  NC went on to beat Kansas in the National Championship game.

When I was visiting a friend in Columbus back in 2001 the entire B-ball team had matching explorers.  I doubt all of them were destined to cash big paychecks.  I'm not saying it doesn't happen, I'm just saying some individuals might over look some missed payments as long as the kid is playing well.  Sometimes it takes a rollover accident to expose these types of things. This game was available on ESPN 3 last time I looked.  That's where I watched it.  I really liked the offense.  I'll probably sit down and watch it again some time soon.  The other game I wanted to try to find was the SDSU vs TCU game.

I was at that game and chanting.  Looking back I think I'm glad he didn't come to U of M.

In SDSU's bowl game against Navy they started the game with 5 wideouts in.  Maybe not the first play but during the first drive.

It seems rare that anyone but Martin, although Roh did well at ND, ever just beats their man on a run play.  If Banks, RVB, Sagesse, Roh, and the rest of the crew could make a couple more plays a game (as a group, not each)  instead of just occupying blockers it would make a huge difference.

I think Kovacs would be worse than Ezeh.  I feel like this blog is a little hard on him.  If he makes all the plays he is mentioned on in the defensive UFR posts he would average 30 tackles a game.  It just doesn't seem realistic.
