Let's be clear---Warde must be fired....It is not the coaches fault... they are trying their hardest but they need some support from the AD... Warde makes their jobs harder!!

Oracle-- Except that they did offer JH what he wanted but not until it was too late... Warde played a game of chicken and got beat... We have lost 4 of the best coaches (JH ,Beilein,Hutchins,Backich) in the HISTORY of Michigan athletics under Warde... You don't find that disturbing....? Maybe they would have left anyway but he sure wasn't very proactive in trying to prevent it...
mackbru--- I was not in the camp to get rid of Warde... but can you tell me one thing that he has done that was forward thinking or insightful or noteworthy. From what I can tell he has done nothing of substance while employed as the AD. In fact he has also done nothing to protect or diminish or defend the UofM from the wrath of outside forces (NCAA, B1G, social media). So basically he just collects a paycheck and goes to social events.... he has no function.
Bronxblue-- therein lies the rub... Isn't your job as AD is to convince or pacify or coerce them to stay... unicorns are hard to catch and even harder to hold onto.... And Warde is 0-3...When we lose to osu 3 times in a row we lose our shit....
To Mercury's point... aren't geniuses notoriously hard to deal with...! Your job -if you can deal with it- is to catch onto- and hold onto- lightning in a bottle.... That is your ONE and ONLY JOB!!!
I was in the camp to not pile on Warde but.... there is a disturbing trend here.... Harbaugh, Bakich, Beilein....arguably three of the best college coaches (in their respective sports) in the HISTORY of Michigan sports have all gotten away from him ......hmmmmmm....

To be perfectly honest I was overjoyed when osu missed that field goal last year against Georgia... It would have been absolutely horrible for them to haven beaten Georgia and then won a National championship...! Screw osu and ohio -- the only thing i would keep is cedar pointe...
What type of sanctions/punishment do you expect the NCAA and/or B1G to levy on Harbaugh/UofM for signgate next year? I am hearing everything from nothing to 1 year suspension and vacated wins.
