That is a horrible take. I’m assuming you are not a season ticket holder. I don’t live in Michigan so between Airfare, rental car and hotels, game days are an expensive proposition. I’m going to Texas, Homecoming and USC for sure and probably Oregon - not selling them for top dollar. Between seat licenses and the ticket costs us season ticket holders lose a lot of money on the crap games we can’t attend.
While I am sure the weather was lovely this past September, the schedule left a lot to be desired.

Dinner was interrupted a couple of times while he worked to confirm and post news. I will agree that he always wants to be first. He said as much, that is part of his bread and butter. That said he was a stickler on making sure he had double confirmation before posting
FWIW - that was probably 8-9 years ago so maybe his process has loosened up a bit. My take his is a stand up guy, and he is very intense.

On the other hand, the B13 - that is Death. You can't un-ring that bell. Time to move on from that abusive relationship. It may be immediate, or it may take time. Best to do it at the time of our choosing but the relationship is done.

We have the legal, sports and business experts to analyze the most promising scenarios. We should do that, weigh the pros and cons then make the best decision for Michigan

I wouldn't say it is silly. At this point all options are worthy of consideration and analysis. The college football world (and all college sports for that matter) is changing. Rather than sit back and do, you know TRADITION, why not look and choose the best course of action for Michigan? It could be the ACC, the SEC, the Big 12, a hybrid ACC relationship (like ND), I don't know. But what I do know is we have a lot of bright sports, legal and business minds that can look at this and give us rational information on which to assess the pros and cons of the various options.
Leaving the B13 doesn't mean we can't play Ohio or MSU in the future. M-Ohio could still be like ND-USC. Michigan State on the other hand could be a sometimes event where we hold the negotiating chips. Sure we will play you, format is going to be Home, Away, Home.... Neutral refs, proportional revenue sharing. Same goes for the Brown Jug.
