20 hours 58 min ago	Renting might be a viable option	However, if you are moving out if state you need someone you trust or a management company to take care of the property. A management company will take some percentage or flat fee from the monthly rent, which obviously reduces your share. You need to be careful of the obligations for each side in the contract. Management companies can sometimes be and will claim certain fees and expenses above what you expect to pay (for example who pays if an appliance breaks). Speak with an attorney in your area and have him/her review any proposed agreements. Don't do this with a handshake.

I think there is a larger discussion to be had one day, not necessarily on this blog, but for people who post that 'their thoughts and prayers' are with those/ family/ friends that were injured every time something like this happens. We don't need to know that everyone feels bad all the time. We ALL feel bad, but posting that you are praying does come across as selfish. There's an argument to be made, but not the day of one if the worst natural disasters in US history.

Non-athletes are not allowed to use the athletic fields when not in use. What's left or them? /still bitter about being kicked and threatened with calling the police for running on the football practice field when the gate was open.

It's one thing to have this system when most games are at 3:30 or night games, but as has been historically the case, Michigan plays at noon. Having people line up for GA really restricts the amount of time they can tailgate. Don't really like this idea at all

He's saying that since the event has been set up with the floor in the center of the field (or football configuration) the Georgia Dome was able to accommodate more fans than when held in Detroit, Indy, Houston or NOLA. Next year, I would bet that JerryWorld will shatter this year's record.
