I'll look into it. Audacity apparently doesn't support that natively. To be clear, the rest of the ID3 tags do show up, right?
|2 weeks 2 days ago||I don't tend to say things||
I don't tend to say things that are not in question. This also came up when I failed to say rape is bad when the Gibbons stuff came up.
|2 weeks 2 days ago||Actually, Marlin was accused||
Actually, Marlin was accused of doing something bad by a guy who made it all up and won a defamation suit against him.
Very different situation.

The last few have been, because I really like what they did with the WRs in this class. I was less enthused about the LB/DL and there's another iffy one coming.

the argument is "I pay a thousand dollars a year so I should be treated better."
|2 weeks 4 days ago||You realize that on almost||
You realize that on almost every UFR and Picture Pages last year you were saying I was wrong and that nothing was really Borges's fault, to the point where I was directly responding to you on the front page, right?
And after the season they fired Borges after Michigan finished last in the country in TFL allowed. Darrell Funk is still here. You spent the entire year defending the guy who got fired! Who former NFL DEs are mocking by way of trying to evaluate Taylor Lewan! I took so much shit from you last year and you were just so, so wrong.
And now you're in this thread, chiding me for being upset that my season hockey ticket now doesn't have an MSU game that I already paid for, as if that shouldn't make me mad. It doesn't matter how reasonable you are when you make your assertions: those assertions are insulting.
But they just keep coming, and now they come paired with martyrdom. I'm not going to ban you, but good god man. Please see it from my perspective since you're so good at seeing it from everyone else's.
|2 weeks 4 days ago||Most Chicago residents will||
Most Chicago residents will not be excited. When they did this in Cleveland the stadium was mostly empty. This will be mostly empty. Even if they are, "excitement" in Chicago is not translatable to anything that affects Michigan hockey. Vague, short-lived good feelings 300 miles away from the arena are not useful assets.
And the "granted" section is ridiculous. That is a big deal. Intentionally screwing your customers is a *much* bigger mistake than you are making it out to be.

He's excellent at "respectfully disagreeing' with everything I've ever posted, to the point where it is obviously not respectful. All he ever does is complain.
|2 weeks 4 days ago||I pay Dave Brandon a thousand||
I pay Dave Brandon a thousand dollars a year for two hockey tickets. If he wants to piss me and everyone else who does the same off so he can have an outdoor game in front of a half-empty stadium with zero people in it who will ever buy a season ticket without moving, that is a terrible business decision.
Doing it *after* everyone renewed their tickets with the promise of 15% off is one step beyond that.
You are constantly trying to see the other POV even when that POV is incredibly hard to justify. That makes it seem like you are disagreeing just to disagree. This is a slap in the face to hockey season ticket holders in exchange for almost no long-term value.
Can you agree with that? Is it possible for you to agree with that premise?
|2 weeks 4 days ago||Surprise! You disagree with||
Surprise! You disagree with me at length, and agree with whoever is making nonsense decisions.
It is fucking bullshit as a hockey season ticket holder. If M wants to prioritize fans 300 miles away from their hockey program's struggling attendance that is a choice they can obviously make. But it will make everyone who bought a season ticket livid.
You don't get the outrage about anything. We get it. You didn't get the outrage about Borges. You probably still don't. And that's fine. But maybe it's time to look at yourself as the problem there. I think you have Yes Man disease.

I agree. I don't think the "ones" on the OL even mean that much when half the projected starters are on the twos. Both units are probably equal and the coaches are experimenting with people at various positions before deciding who their best five are.

I follow MLS vaguely. The power rankings were just a thing AOL told me to do. It's tough because I have no rooting interests and the soccer isn't always great.
|6 weeks 2 days ago||The most interesting thing||
The most interesting thing MLS teams do is have organized supporter's groups. Seattle, for instance, has three or four--one official that actually votes on retaining the GM!--that are given specific sections of the stadium and have their own goals.
When these things actually come off they provide something of a student section dynamic to a pro sport. It is definitely something I would look into if I was an athletic director. A large part of the appeal of sports is the feeling that something is IMPORTANT, which is why I ended up watching SEA/POR at a sold out Seahawks Stadium but cannot get through an MLS game in Columbus without falling asleep.

|11 weeks 5 days ago||I think part of the early||
I think part of the early issues were just the fact that the setup was a significant departure for parts of the midfield. Took them time to get their bearings.
Someone else mentioned that the Bedoya passing issues might be a chemstry thing and I agree. On the ball that was behind Dempsey I felt like Dempsey needed to hold his run a bit more there, as he was running into an area that Bedoya couldn't pass to. Or Bedoya needs to get the ball off his foot faster in that situation.

that doesn't give you a holder, though. That's putting Jones back on the chain.
|12 weeks 1 day ago||That seems like quite a reach||
That seems like quite a reach at this point in the process. Guy's only other power conference offer was BC, and then he had a couple mid-majors in Dayton and Xavier. AFAIK he wasn't really impressing on the AAU circuit.
Probably says something about Eron Harris, too.
