How easily will the fanbase accept back Jim Harbaugh? Scroll down for the answer

This is a season of small victories.
|1 week 21 hours ago||I'll Take The Coverage||
I will take the coverage on this story toward that direction. All does is give more bad press on Brandon making a change seem like the only plausible thing for the regents to do here.

There's nothing about their roster that strikes fear into me. If Brandon Dawson is their go-to offensive weapon I feel great about our chances.

Personally, I was and still am completely disgusted at the handling of the Gibbons situation.
Next time, I will preface my feeloings on all other colleges handling of situations to my feelings on similar situations that Michigan has gone through.

This is.... Not Surprising
I can't wait to drink all day Saturday.
|1 week 6 days ago||He seems toxic.||
He admittedly lied to his team, which I find in and of itself shady, in regards to such an important matter.
The whole situation seems immensely sketchy to me and he doesn't seem trustworthy and seems like he would put wins above all. This, along with the report that he alledgedly contacted the victim, make for a toxic situation and what seems to be a toxic individual.
We talk about not taking any fliers in Michigan's next head coaching search for different reasons. After what Penn State has been through it seems as though they took a flier on someone and if I am the PSU AD, I am sitting down with Franklin and letting him know that, PSU doesn't need this kind of publicity and they will be just fine without him.
|1 week 6 days ago||If I'm PSU||
I would fire him today. This is the kind of thing they had to of asked about in an interview and soemthing he must've lied about. I would want to get far away from something toxic like this especially after what PSU just went through.

I enjoy reading these, but damn, they make me sad. I'm going to be in Ann Arbor and I feel as though Hackenberg is going to shred us apart for 60 minutes...
PLEASE GYPSY... LEAVE US ALONE!!!

Is it bad that watching Bama lose was the most joy I had as a sports fan the entire weekend?

What if... Hoke put a headset on this week and won... What's the narrative going forward?
|2 weeks 2 days ago||I guess||
I guess the wait 10 years was my way of just saying... NO without coming across as a jerk. We've been through enough around here, no need to go being negative toward one another.
|2 weeks 2 days ago||Success @ D3||
Please someone correct me if I am arong here.
In the state of Wisconsin there is the University of Wisconsin Div 1. After that there is only one Division 2 School in the entire state (Wisconsin-Parkside).
Almost all Div 3 schools in Wisconsin are state schools meaning they are publicly funded. Cheaper cost of tuition vs. say here in Michigan where all Division 3 schools are privately funded institutions and $$$$ extremely expensive. Also here in Michigan alone there are 5 Div 1 schools, 9 Division 2 schools, and 7 private Div 3 schools that all field football teams for athletes to go to.
As someone who played Div 3 football there was always a difference in class of team when comparing private vs. state funded colleges giving the publicly funded schools a decided advantage.
Lastly there is a major difference in Div 3. for allotted practice and strength and conditiong regemines allowed by the NCAA from what I remember. He's not ready for a Division 1 level let alone Michigan. Let this dude work his way up the rankings for say another 10 years before ever considering him.
Just my opinion.

The only scheduled presser I care about anymore is the one headed by the President to announce the firing of Dave Brandon & Brady Hoke...

As Aaron Rogers would say... Now we can all RELAX...
Bummer for Derrick. Bummer for the team.

I was one of the Rich Rod believers. I pined for his tenure here to work out as someone who appreciates and respects the concepts of the spread offense to the same level as our fearless leader. He brought us Denard, Roundtree, Lewan, and many others that we held on to during those years and I am thankful for that. I am also thankful that how he handled himself as a man during his tenure and since being let go. Countless times including this week on SVP & Rusillo he had the chance to dog Michigan. He didn't.
But, I am also of the belief that, this is a Michigan blog and our ex-coaches success at another school doesn't deserve our appreciation. But, maybe more our own personal admiration for what he's doing and how he's picked himself up from his time here.
We don't need RR appreciation threads, CC: Rich Rod threads, and all of the others. Many people here were glad to see him out the door and to now see many people saying "see, see, see, look what we missed." I find quite appauling.
This Michigan we all know and love right now is a dark place. After RR's tenure here it was a dark place, maybe not as dark, but dark nonetheless. Stand by your team, get out of the past and hope these young men can turn around the season and the changes at the helm of this program that we all want happen.
And maybe, just maybe... We will get another coach of RR's calibur that maybe we all won't take for granted this time.
But, until then... IMPO these threads need to stop.

I feel like the students are going to rally behind this team, and will find a way to come in full force and make a statement to DB for the night game and it will be the only time all season the student section is sold out to capacity.
They know that the media will be on then after the "Fire Brandon Rally" yesterday.

I wish Ross could make my student loan debt disappear and then pay off my parents to stop asking about how it was paid for.
|3 weeks 1 day ago||WIN||
Who needs a win? Most Importantly, it's the players. Anyone with a competitive bone in their body knows a win feels a hell of a lot better than a loss..
I also never said this is a must-win. I just stated it was a Much Needed Win.
