So you are asking our coach (who is one of the few coaches who doesn't act like an idiot, one who doesn't yell at his players and instead tends to teach his players and calmly explain the situation) to berate his team, his boys, during a hostile road game??? I can assume you have never coached in your life because as a Coach your behavior is one of your most valuable tools. You cannot just become a d*ck to your players when times are bad. its not about motivation. its out of character for beilein to act that way. And I am glad he didn't act that way.
