That they are even in the BIG... that their athletic dept. is a over a quarter of a billion dollars in debt and the BIG Conference is trying to help with that debt. They suck in almost every way in sports and we accepted them because of TV dollars.. it's a joke of a school. 

There has definitely been a shift in culture especially from last two years. This year every player seems like they are having fun and congratulating each other during plays. I've noticed JJ McCarthy walking up and down the sidelines pumping his teammates up during big plays or TD's. I don't remember seeing that type of camaraderie last two years.

In the podcast posted above, Dickinson literally said UM is acting like the NCAA with its limitations. meanwhile the NCAA has said regarding NIL the schools make the rules. Michigan cannot get out of its way ever. 

2-6 last eight games or 11-8 since 2019... it's not just 2020 season issue.

I like that we got this kid but we still need someone to get him the ball. Who is that gonna be? McNamara, Bowman, McCarthy? The problem for years has been the QB position and play calling.
