1. Northwestern 08 - I didn't know a pancho could freeze in place.
2. 2nd half of Iowa in 02 - freezing rain pelted us as Iowa ran up the score in the 4th
3. @Purdue in 2010 - It was MISERABLE. Sideways cold biting downpour for 3 quarters. I wouldn't take much away from this game on offense or on D. I think Jamie Morris dropped a 'Rain should slow the real fast guys and make the slow guys look normal' which looked to be exactly what happened.
and probably has more to do with MSU needing some WR and with us, would have been more of an additive to an already strong point of the team.. Anyway, kid did a good job entertaining me on an otherwise mundane Tuesday night so I'll just wish him well in that gaudy orange.
and then use it as a recruiting tool going forward. I don't think the #1 WR thing fits with the RR era at all, unless you're going to give it to the starting QB each year, just shelve it. Sorry Braylon.
but he's super-talented and you don't say no if he wants to come here. Also, wasn't Roundtree about his size when he came in? That turned out terrible after a RS year.
BTW, thought the videos last night were hilarious. Great piece of satire to roast the lunatic fringe in CFB that follows recruiting.
