I think if Cade has time we have more than enough playmakers to move the ball. Throw in way more flat passes to our #2 & #3 RB's and we could keep teams honest. We always run a play that works and then move away from it. Get a handful of plays we can run at a high level and sprinkle in more wrinkles as the season goes on. For the love of God get our 2nd and 3rd stringers at key positions some playing time.
I am most excited to see what Clinkscale can do with our DB's. What he was able to do at Kentucky was extremely impressive! He coached a unit a few years ago that had zero starting experience at CB and it turned out to be one of Kentucky's best seasons in forever. He has had some very good secondary play with a third of the talent we have if you go simply off of player composites.
I am also excited to see what Aidan can do when he gets a running start at the other teams OL. If we constantly move Aidan around and just let him go HAM I think he will cause a lot of issues for opposing teams. If the grad transfer from Oregon State comes in with his weight down and he is healthy he does have some talent. He was highly thought of upon his arrival at Oregon State, but weight issues slowed him down and then after his injuries he wasn't really heard from again. We will essentially have 5 DL on the field if the depth chart stays the way it seems it is now.

I also think Mike Hart is going to be a big help for our rivalry games this year.
If Kentucky can win in the SEC with the talent they have then we can win in the B1G. People act like we have a roster full of 1* and walk-ons. We're one good QB away from competing in every game we play. Alabama supposedly wanted Cade a few years ago. Gattis said that Cade was their #1 guy I believe. If that's true then there has to be a reason why.

My pitch was also have a forced create a roster from the beginning of the game that customizes each team to their real life strengths. I really hope EA gives us a call when they start the next version because I think the ideas we have will leave Madden in the dust.
It always baffles me how it seems people from the North like myself are always doubting that teams actually pay players. I create rosters for NCAA 14 and I am constantly talking to fans and or members of various teams and the SEC is the worst conference for this stuff. Most of them openly talk about paying players and the various other things they do to recruit kids. They not only are fine with it but they encourage it. If Michigan fans are going to keep complaining about losing to the OSU's of the world then they better start realizing that the game isn't played on a level field well before the ball is ever kicked off.
Our freshmen miss most of Spring practice for starters, and we completely miss out on the entire JUCO league as well. We miss out on a lot of players bcuz of grade issues while these other football schools do not. Michigan is serious about academics and OSU is serious about football and it shows. If you were told you could get a degree and not even have to go on campus all the while still getting to play would you honestly say no to that offer?

You should look at a players combine times before u insinuate he is slow. Milton will be the fastest QB on our roster next year he runs a 4.80 laser timed. Patterson supposedly ran a 4.55 according to a source from Sam Webb but I think that source was exaggerating a lot! His Army combine time was way slower than that.

If we started telling kids to kick rocks after 1 or 2 seasons then I could see the beef for damn sure. In reality these kids are more than likely going to graduate with a great degree and be connected to a university that stretches all the way across the planet. I mean you can't beat being 4 string QB at Michigan then graduating and more than likely moving onto a very successful career after you have earned your degree. Sounds a hell of a lot better to me than flaming out in HS and working at a fast food restaurant until your 30. There are pros and cons to everything in life. The best guarantee these kids have is knowing Harbaugh is a straight up person and I believe he has too much pride to just BS you to your face.
