If you're considering buying it, EU3: Chronicles just came out on steam for $30 or so which includes all of the expansions. Considering how much time I've logged playing it I'd consider that a good value. Plus you learn things like what Casus Belli means.
Any game with that soundtrack is awesome be default. I looked it up on wikipedia for grins and it turns out the company that made it was Blizzard.
